Woubrugge Logies - Private Chalet in The Green Heart

This cosy, private chalet is perfectly located in The Green Heart of The Netherlands. By car only half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or the beaches. Woubrugge itself is a lovely small town along a characteristic canal that ends up in lake Braassemermeer. Sail, surf, swim, rent a motorboat, explore the beautiful surroundings by biking or hiking or relax in the garden. The chalet is a studio (40m2); comfortable for 2 persons. As the sofa bed can be transformed to a double bed the chalet is also suitable for young families or a group of friends. The chalet has one room (studio: 40m2) with a private bathroom. There is a double bed (size 210 x 160 cm) and a sofabed (size 200 x 140 cm). In the studio you will find a tv, a table with 4 chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster and a coffee-machine (coffee, tea and Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) are included in the price). A microwave for the guests is in the barn, next to the chalet. In this barn guests may park also their (rental) bikes or a pram. There is enough space for 4 persons, but do realize that you share the same room. The chalet is facing South, so you can enjoy the sun all day. And if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can sit under the large parasol. You will also find a cosy veranda to relax on and a lawn with fruit trees. Guests may use the chairs in front of the house on the riverside quay where you can sit, relax, have a drink and enjoy the spectacle of boats passing by. The chalet offers complete privacy. However, if you have any question or special wishes, we are most of the time in the neighbourhood or we can be reached by telephone. We love to help our guests and have a chat with them, if they like. Woubrugge is a small town half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, and beaches. Follow the canal to The Braassemermeer, a lake which offers sailing, canoeing, and swimming. Bike, hike, and rent a motorboat to explore further afield. If you come by car: there are enough public parkingplaces near to the chalet. (for free). Public transport: Woubrugge can easily be reached by bus from Leiden Central Station. But also from Amsterdam / Schiphol Airport there is a good connection by train/speedbus. Woubrugge is part of several beautiful hiking and biking routes, so for hikers and bikers Woubrugge is a perfect place for a stay over night or for a longer period. - Smoking is not allowed in the chalet! There are games and on request we can prepare boxes with various toys for children aged 2-12. On the riverside quay you find a fine bakery. Apart from buying fresh bread and rolls there, you can have a coffee and pastries on the terrace overlooking the canal. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant Disgenoten. Also this restaurant has a beautiful terrace on the waterside.

Mijn studio is 30 m2 groot en is volledig ingericht en vrij nieuw. Ideaal voor koppels, zaken reizigers en toeristen naar Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden, Delft, Utrecht. Stranden bereikbaar binnen 30 a 60 minuten, afhankelijk van manier van reizen (Scheveningen, Kijkduin etc.). Keukenhof (tulpen) ook goed bereikbaar. Corte Loet logies is gevestigd in een schuur uit 1913. Midden in het boomkwekerijgebied tussen Hazerswoude-Dorp en Boskoop vergeet u dat u zich in het hart van de Randstad bevindt. Bij de restauratie en inrichting zijn zo veel mogelijk oude details van het gebouw behouden en gebruik gemaakt van materialen, kleuren en spullen die passen bij de nostalgische uitstraling. We hebben een heerlijk nachtje gehad in het verblijf van Diane. Het huisje is knus en sfeervol ingericht. Het was er schoon en het ligt in een rustige omgeving. We hebben ook nog in de fijne tuin gezeten, die alleen voor de gasten is. Met uitzicht op de weilanden en de koeien dichtbij. De communicatie met Diane verliep soepel en Diane is een erg vriendelijke en gastvrije host, die ons heeft verwelkomd en uitgezwaaid. Kortom, ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt. Schöner als auf den Bildern. Natascha war immer zu Stelle und hat geholfen, sie hat proaktiv geholfen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, dort gut aufgehoben zu sein. Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Super eingerichtet mit einer besonders hervorzuhebenden Küche samt Ausstattung. Zuletzt sollen die Kayaks, die zur freien Verfügung vor Ort waren erwähnt werden - es hat super viel Spaß gemacht auf dem kleinen Fluss zu fahren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I loved staying at Arjan & Leon's place, which used to be a hat shop and has TONS of character. It's in the perfect location to explore the center of Gouda on foot as you are right next to the old (& beautiful) city hall, the weekly cheese market which is held around it, as well as many sidewalk cafe's and restaurants. Both hosts are extremely friendly & very easy to communicate with, and I was able to meet Leon in person, which was really nice. I would love to stay again when I'm next in Gouda!

Der Aufenthalt bei Robbert hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Hausboot hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen, es war sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet und perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende ausgestattet. Der Check in und Check out war super organisiert und vor allem die einfache Kommunikation hat uns gut gefallen. Zusätzlich kam während unseres Aufenthalts der Besitzer vorbei um bei starkem Wind und Regen nach dem Rechten zu schauen. Wir würden gerne bald wiederkommen!!

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.
