We felt so at home and relaxed while staying here! The place is decorated so well, lots of fun things to do in a very pleasant environment. We woke up Saturday morning and sat on the patio feeding our baby and walking around. Their cute little dog greeted us and we admired the property. Definitely recommend!

Valentina was an excellent host! I would occasionally meet her working in the garden on my way out in the morning and we would have a lovely conversation about our days, but also about our lives. She also always made sure that there were no issues with the place. The surrounding area in Barton Springs was also very inviting for long walks, especially during sunset.

Amazing stay at Kate’s place in Wimberley. She was very responsive to a few minor issues and we really enjoyed our stay and the location. Very comfortable space to stay and some thoughtful details. Would highly recommend!

Loved this tree house stay! Neighborhood is nice and quiet, interior was cute & cozy, and hosts were very responsive! Perfect spot for a quick weekend trip to Austin.

My parents loved staying at Kim’s apartment while they visited us. (We live in the same neighborhood but didn’t have enough space to host them properly.) The loft is beautiful and Kim was so kind… she offered a lot of flexibility. Perfect walking distance to Cherrywood Coffeehouse for a nice morning coffee!

Megan's place was cute and a great value! She was also a very responsive host. It was a little out of the way for what our plans were - but that's really my fault, as I was rushing to plan a last-minute trip and didn't look carefully enough at the location. But hey, it was close to McKinney State Park and the falls, so I can't complain :)

We enjoyed our stay at ResortShare's Wyndham property. The property matched the photos and description. The accommodations were spacious, modern and well equipped with things like dish soap, paper towels, and coffee. The balcony provided nice views of the city. The best part is probably the walkability/location. The property is two blocks from 6th St, the popular thoroughfare, with a variety of bars and dining. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would be happy to return.

Great value for those seeking simple accomodations in a good location. The area is quiet and an easy drive to anywhere in the city. The unit is private, clean, easy to access, and very well priced. However, the bed isn't super comfortable, and the hot water tank only lasts long enough for an 8min shower. Works great for me, but might not be to everyone's taste.

We had a great stay! The accommodations were spacious and lovely. Fresh clementines were left in the kitchen for us, which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, as well as full sized stove and refrigerator. I enjoyed a good cup of coffee each morning and often sat outdoors, with the chirping birds and friendly cat, at a private little table and chairs. The bed was comfortable, as well as the coach. There was a huge walk in closet that was very convenient. We felt very much at home. Although our stay was short we enjoyed several local restaurants, the LBJ Museum, Glass Bottom Boat Tour, and walk along the river. San Marcos is a great little college town. We would definitely stay with Alex and Lenicia again.

I was there for about 6 weeks. The hosts were so nice and helpful, plus also went way above and beyond to help me with my situation. Everything was set up to be accommodating. Even guest setup for Netflix and Prime, and other streaming. Washer and dryer were great. I have a dog, and the green belt along the pond was wonderful, watching the ducks and heron. Also a walking area up on the main street with a doggy station and more green belt area was great for the early morning walks. Very peaceful and relaxing, what I call nature bathing. Again, the hosts were great, cannnot say enough about how nice they were! Highly recommend!!

I had a great stay! It was a in a safe and walkable location. It felt very private with its own entrance. Everything was as described. Elena was very accommodating and responsive. I had an issue with Airbnb charging me an extra fee. When I brought it to her attention she communicated with Airbnb and helped me get a refund. I would definitely be back!

This place is so cute and cozy! It was in a great neighborhood, and the hosts were extremely attentive and kind! Definitely had a wonderful time and would recommend! :)

Frank was helpful and accommodating with our need for a. early check in. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider again if traveling to the area.

Katrina was an incredible host! She welcomed us as soon as we pulled up the driveway, greeted us and directed us to the entrance of the top floor. Her home was clean and minimalistic — the perfect space for my husband and our one year old daughter for a couple of nights in ATX! We loved her local recs of food, coffee and parks! The neighborhood was definitely walkable and near a very convenient and perfect coffee/restaurant spot to lounge in (with live music on Fridays nights!). We enjoyed her home and would definitely book, again!

Cracking stay in a super peaceful stay. Minutes walk from the best part of Austin, Barton springs. Mark was super accommodating and helpful.

As a single woman traveling alone for business, the studio felt safe and is located across the street from a park with walking/jogging path in a peaceful neighborhood. Loved the balcony overlooking the creek. The studio was very clean and spacious for one room. The bathroom is giant with a tub and separate shower. There is no kitchen sink or counter area, though there is a mini fridge, microwave, and keurig. I stayed six nights and there was barely enough napkins, toilet paper, and cups, though Dakota was polite and responsive when I messaged him about the need for more paper coffee cups, and he brought them into the studio the next day when I was not there, which felt a little uncomfortable to have him inside with my belongings there. It would be more convenient if there were bedside lamps instead of just an overhead light, and an outlet to charge your phone near the bed. Overall, it’s a very nice place.

Loved this place! So thoughtfully equipped with everything you would need. Very comfortable stay, parking was easy. Loved the location for ease getting in and out of Austin. Great place if you bring your dogs, the yard is enclosed and big enough to run around. Will hopefully be staying here again in the future!

We stayed at Felecha's place because it was a 10 min walk to our friend's house who we were visiting, it was perfect for our needs! There were little touches that made the place better and the bathroom was roomy which was nice, also fan and A/C were great. All in all, didn't need a lot for this trip and it provided what we did!

I stayed here during SXSW, and it was perfect. Pamela and Robb were fantastic hosts—super quick with communication and always happy to help. The location was great, with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport into the city. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I’d happily book again in the future!

Exactly as pictured in the most serene neighborhood in the hills! My husband and I stayed with our adult daughter for a long weekend at the F1 COTA race, and coming back here after a long day to a good shower and cold drinks was exactly what we wanted. David made everything super easy, was proactively checking in and provided detailed instructions so there were no questions. The drinks and snacks were a sweet surprise, the soaps all smelled great, the we never touched the thermostat but the temp was always perfectly cool, there were even toiletries available had we forgotten anything! Just felt very well taken care of start to finish. And such a plus to have full size laundry to wash after days in the heat and dust. There’s also a great coffee shop up the road, the Civil Goat! Many thanks for the thoughtful touches. We’d stay here again!

Billy's place is a 5 minute walk from the Palmer Events Center, where the conference I was attending was held. Clean and comfortable. Billy is approachable and friendly. Love the extra touches of sparkling water, nespresso, and fruit!

Lovely maximalist stay - it was so fun to soak in all the little bits and bobs in each room. Nicely located in Austin, Bob and Kevin were warm and friendly, felt like what Airbnb should be rather than a cookie cutter experience. Would happily stay again xx

Daniel was very helpful and responsive, the location of the unit is in a center area, not a lot of businesses nearby, so good for a peaceful place to stay.
