There is complimentary Wifi in the apartment. The complex has a year-round heated pool and spa, a gym and Sauna. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

Casa da Karina

Casa da Karina was built in 1932 as part of Muritai Homestead. Now it is my home, full of character and charm, perfect to welcome friends and family. My dog Lola is only acting as a model but won’t be here during your stay. Our Cat however, stays. In the so called "green circle" of Havelock North. It is a 7-10 minute stroll into the Village where all shops and restaurants are at walking distance: even Te Mata Peak. Wineries and beaches are a short drive away. You’ll enjoy Casa da Karina.

The studio is attached to our off-grid family home on a lifestyle block ~12 minutes drive from Wairoa. Access to shared gym & laundry facilities available. Breakfast and / or dinner can be provided for an additional fee, please enquire when booking. Solar EV charging available depending on sunlight.

Waimahana apartment 12 is a modern self contained apartment located on the top floor of the complex. The perfect spot for a couple’s getaway. Enjoy the facilities on offer at the complex including the year round heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gymnasium and secure underground carpark . This cozy, modern apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, living space, bedroom (that can be closed off by a sliding door), and a small balcony that offers a glimpse of the water.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!
