Around the house there is a beautiful wooden terrace, which means that you can enjoy the sun, orangery and outdoor wilderness bath and fireplace all day. The summerhouse is located at the end of a main road and is a small oasis of tranquility in the middle of beautiful nature, where you can expect to be visited by fapses, squirrels and deer. "TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Our home is nestled in the front row by the sea with a breathtaking panoramic view. Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, Village idyll. It's a small village with 5 farms. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km. ) Large common area with grass. A bit away from it all. But a nice and friendly environment. Someone who rented it wrote, yes, that's right, it's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, and Skæring.
