Vacation rentals with a patio in Havana

Como han comentado otros usuarios, el único punto negativo son las escaleras hay que subir 4 pisos. Otra cosa a destacar es la falta de planta eléctrica cuando hay apagón, suelen de poco más de 1 hora y normalmente de madrugada. El resto coincidía plenamente con lo expuesto en el anuncio y fotos. Sin duda la mejor casa en la que me he quedado en cuba en los 3 años que he ido. Está reformado, es cómodo y muy limpio. Ademas Deysi está siempre atenta a lo que necesites. Si buscas algo cerca del malecón, vedado y centro habana recomendadisimo.

We stayed in a well-decorated house with every detail considered. Ariel helped us a lot. He gave us a free sim card and we did not have any internet problems during our stay. He helped us with getting home from the airport and our travels. I definitely recommend it.

La estancia en casa de Karina ha sido magnífica. El lugar está en pleno corazón de La Habana y a la casa no le falta detalle. Además, la recepción ha sido muy eficaz con dos personas pendientes de nuestra llegada.

Great stay in Cuba. Perfect location, fully renovated, and well-maintained. The owners were great—helpful and welcoming, making sure everything was smooth. The place had everything I needed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Five stars.

Es un lugar extremadamente hernoso , ambiente tranquilo y acojedor !! El cacero que humildad señores y que amabilidad , mucha comunicación y un carisma expectacular. No me puedo quejar tenia todo lo que necesitaba y reunia todas las espectativas. Ella estuvo al pendiente de que no me hiciera falta nada y definitivamente demasiado amigable y volveria un millón de veces más. No hay nada más factible que tener paz y tranquilidad y que esten pendiente de que no te falte nada. Necesitamos más gente como ella !! Que hagan la diferencia. Mi estancia fue una maravillosa me sentí con una reina. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Un lugar muy accesible y acogedor , los invito a que lo tomen en consideracion y visiten no se va a arrepentir !! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B, situato in una posizione perfetta proprio di fronte al mare. La casa è bellissima, spaziosa e ben tenuta, con un grande terrazzo ideale per pranzare all’aperto o rilassarsi in compagnia godendosi la vista e la brezza marina. Le camere sono ampie, accoglienti e pulite, perfette per riposare in tranquillità. Un grande punto a favore è il Wi-Fi disponibile 24 ore su 24. Il signor Arqui è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Inoltre, la sicurezza è garantita grazie alla videosorveglianza attiva e alla presenza dei custodi ogni sera. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante in un luogo sicuro, bello e ben organizzato!

JULIO received us when we arrived with a big smile, helped us with our bag and with our 2 little girls Michelle 2 and Mary 1. the place was beautiful and super well decorated. Having a in laws in Habana behind there many times this place exceeds all Airbnb I had been before. Great for families, WIFI , generator is a life saver there outstanding lunch worth every penny. Location is perfect. Thanks Irmita and Amadito you’re the best.

Es una casa increíblemente espectacular. Grande cómoda y casa habitación con su baño y total privacidad. Ideal para compartir entre amigos y pasar un buen rato en el gran patio que tiene con piscina. Limpieza y comodidad de 10!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Mir hat mein Aufenthalt gut gefallen und ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

This is my second time staying in this house, and it won't be the last one. My family and I feel at home. The hosts are very welcoming, warm, friendly, respectful, and generous people. They are attentive to fix every detail. The house is very confortable, super spacious, quiet, clean. The garden is beautiful! and the pool is great! Amarylis and Guillermo's cuisine is super delicious. They make their best effort to please us. The beautiful beach is right there. I 100% highly recommend this house.

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

Un hermoso departamento en un edificio restaurado icónico de Havana, un increíble hallazgo con hermosas vistas hacia el capitolio a cuadras de la zona más bella de la ciudad.

Les recomiendo ampliamente este departamento es espectacular estar ahí no se va la luz , el internet es bueno y podemos ver Netflix perfectamente cosa que es rara en cuba , mi anfitrión y la señora encargada más la señora de la limpieza son muy pero muy buenas personas no se arrepentirán de rentar este departamento se los aseguro Es como estar en casa pero con una vista espectacular del malecón de la Habana , muchas gracias a todos por hacer de estas vacaciones algo único

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

Buenas tardes! Mis padres se quedaron en este hotel, les gustó mucho! El territorio del hotel es muy bonito, hay muchos árboles, mangos, plátanos, mis padres disfrutaron caminando y descansando allí. La habitación es muy bonita, todo ordenado y limpio. La dueña es super amable, muchas gracias a ella por su atención 💖

Zona tranquilla e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Thomas è una persona simpatica e super disponibile, ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check in prima e il check out dopo, cosa molto apprezzata. Ci ha aiutato in tutte le richieste che le abbiamo fatto, grazie Thomas, speriamo di rivederti al nostro prossimo viaggio a Cuba..

Quel plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement d’exception, spacieux (une hauteur sous plafond absolument démentielle !), décoré avec énormément de goût, agrémenté d’une terrasse dépaysante, et le tout avec une localisation idéale. La qualité de l’accueil n’est pas en reste avec des hôtes aux petits soins et de multiples délicates attentions (le téléphone portable mis à disposition avec les hôtes joignables à tout moment est très appréciable). Notons enfin la flexibilité dont ont fait preuve les hôtes à notre égard. Je recommande sans aucune réserve et nous espérons vivement pouvoir revenir séjourner dans ce havre de paix au cœur de la bouillonnante Havane !
