Vacation rentals with a patio in Havana

Location was perfect!! Nice restaurant, clubs, super market. Easy to get there. Really close to habana vieja. I felt really safe in the area. Love it. Isabel is a professional. Just before i check in they were just installed a system to have 24 hours electricity in the place.

Cecilia and her mother Teresa are amazing! It’s like you are at home and they make you feel very welcome from the first minute. As you don’t know anything when arriving, they give you very important information to understand how things are working in Havana. Ask them anything and they will find the way for you! Very friendly and responsive, always with a smile and happy to explain you everything. Words cannot describe how nice these ladies are! The apartment is well furnished and modern, it’s in a quiet road and it is easy to find. Very clean, it has everything you need and also has a laundry if you need to wash your clothes. The location is just great! You can go by foot everywhere around and you are just in the heart of old Habana and the attractions. I totally recommend this place!! You will not regret it 😉

My family and I absolutely loved Maria’s place! It’s in the old Havana area, and just wonderful! The apartment itself really exceeded our expectations and looked even better than on photos. Beautiful balcony, rooftop as well, with some amazing views. All the amenities are as listed, and there actually is WiFi which, you’ll see, is kinda hard to get in Cuba. She set up a taxi to pick us up on arrival, which was great, and we were able to enter the place a bit earlier since we arrived to Cuba at noon. Also there was a young lady there to help and bring anything you need, like water, toilet paper etc. I definitely recommend her place, and if I were to visit Cuba again, I would literally stay there again!

This is a very unique Airbnb with excellent decor and a bright vibe. We are so glad that we chose this place, as it had everything we needed and was is the perfect location to walk all around Old Havana. The Airbnb had a beautiful patio, rainfall shower, comfortable couch, makeup table and a place to put luggage and clothes. The king bed was comfortable and the balcony was fantastic. Lots of natural light fill the high ceiling rooms. The toilet has been upgraded from the one used in the photos, with a larger seat. There are shops and restaurants all around, including Floridita and Sibarita. There is a small store nearby to stock up on snacks and water. The unit provides a wifi device-- spotty but definitely useful. They also provide a sim card for unlocked phones. The area is lively and could get loud at night and morning. They provided earplugs so we had no issues. Elisa was a fantastic host. She was super helpful in arranging transportation, exchanging money and providing advice.

Great stay in Cuba. Perfect location, fully renovated, and well-maintained. The owners were great—helpful and welcoming, making sure everything was smooth. The place had everything I needed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Five stars.

Best place in Cuba. The whole house is air conditioned and the air works even when there is no electricity because they have a power plant. Eduardo helped me with everything, he even let me a SIM card to be able to communicate when in Cuba. The lady that helps with the cleaning helped us wash our clothes and she was so nice. Great Casa particular. Can’t say enough good things. Book it. You won’t regret it. Thank you Eduardo for everything.

Este alojamiento merece todas las estrellas posibles, la atención, el lugar en sí, su ubicación todo todo estuvo perfecto, caminábamos al Capitolio y al malecón porque todo eres muy cerca, nos vendieron la cena en 10 dólares y el desayuno en 8 dólares, muy deliciosa y variada. Éramos una familia de 19 personas y la atención fue espectacular

Irma y Amado la pasamos increíble en la casa de ustedes. Disfrutamos mucho del portal, ahí pasamos la mayoría del tiempo. Las recomendaciones de restaurantes que nos dieron estaban increíbles. Esperamos volver. Gracias por toda la ayuda brindada. Un abrazo a los dos.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

This is my second time staying in this house, and it won't be the last one. My family and I feel at home. The hosts are very welcoming, warm, friendly, respectful, and generous people. They are attentive to fix every detail. The house is very confortable, super spacious, quiet, clean. The garden is beautiful! and the pool is great! Amarylis and Guillermo's cuisine is super delicious. They make their best effort to please us. The beautiful beach is right there. I 100% highly recommend this house.

Fantastic and stylish apartment which offered great respite from the hustle and bustle of old town. Two huge en suite bathrooms and large kitchen and sitting area. Daiana was super helpful arranging transport, with great tips for restaurants and wonderful walking tour. The apartment is a 10 min walk from tourist area of old town.

An authentic Cuban finca all for yourself, with a spacious clean and neat house and a huge garden with fruit trees. My partner and I felt at home here, and always so well taken care of by the utterly and genuinely friendly hosts. We missed these people and the place as soon as we left. We enjoyed daily short strolls to the nearby village Barreras (for buying produce etc), and the around 45 min walk to the most gorgeous beach nearby. One can also take taxi to the beach, and to the bigger and busier beach-town Guanabo. It may be smart to bring your own mosquito net/tent, but only for the twilight and early mornings, even though we rarely got bitten. The kitchen is spaceous and has all the basics. I can warmly recommend it, with its local Cuban charm and the most helpful and exellent hosts. This place is a gem!

Staying at this location was a wonderful experience that was enhanced by the excellent host. Any questions, requests, or recommendations were provided by our host. Not only did our host greet us personally and ensure we were set up and comfortable, but he also provided us with useful resources on a variety of things. He was able to help us exchange money in an easy manner, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, taxis, and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Kohde oli juuri niin kuin piti, Maleconilla upeassa merimaisemassa. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, pehmeät sängyt ja tyynyt. Puhdasta! Havannan tasoon suhteutettuna luksusasunto, vettä riitti ja ilmastointi toimi, viisi kylpyhuonetta oli myös todella jees, kun vieraat saivat käyttää yhtä. Siivous oli 3. Päivän välein. Olimme myös Josen järjestämällä Varaderon retkellä, sielläkin saimme huippupalvelua, hyviä suosituksia ja hyvän kyydin. Lähellä oli myös pari kohtuuhintaista ravintolaa, jossa kauemmassa käytiin, loistavat ruoat! Usa embassyn vieressä myös turvalliset oltavat! Valitsemme tämän taatusti toistekkin! Ainut miinus suuremman tavallisen kahvinkeittimen puuttumisesta. Vahva suositus, neljän hengen porukalle oli ruhtinaallisesti tilaa! Mutta sopisi kyllä isompikin porukka hyvin! 😊
