Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

Cozy apartment for the two of us. The bed is large, the living room and living room spacious. Easy access close to RER and bus (especially to go to Disney and the shops around). Quiet residence but no luck, work right across the street on weekdays. In case of high heat, the shutters in the living room are missing to keep it cool. There are shutters in the room. Beautiful apartment in the Marais with everything you need. We needed to see a doctor and Nathalie was kind enough to schedule an appointment with her doctor which was near by. Paris is a magical city and Nathalie’s apartment is a sparkling jewel. If you are able to book a stay, you should, you won’t be disappointed!!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

The apartment is beautiful, well-decorated and very spacious (especially for this area of Paris). The home is beautifully kept, and the outside patio was wonderful at the end of the day. It sits just below the Eglise St Gervais, so you have a beautiful view of the church and are able to hear the church bells around mid day. This is one of our favorite rentals in Paris and we would highly recommend. Bergere was a pleasure to work with, and she was responsive to all of our questions along the way.

A nice, quiet apartment walking distance to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Arch Di Triomphe. Easily accessible by metro too. Apartment was clean and tidy, perfect for one or two guests.

Great location in Hautvillers. A very quiet and pretty village. We used chatGPT to suggest a 1.30-2hr walk around the vineyards which was great. Lots of small champagne makers - make sure to book a tour. Everyone was friendly. Parking is available but would recommend for a small car, very easy to drop off outside though so no problem, we parked in the village car park 1 min walk away.

Very nice discovery! A perfect place to escape and disconnect from everyday life! Everything is thought of for our comfort! Down to the last detail! Coffee, shower gel, bathrobes, music connected with Alexa, games available...etc are a plus!! The sauna/jacuzzi part under the vault, a marvel! And the cherry on top, the heated pool to make you feel like you're on vacation completely seduced us. We will come again!;) Thank you for the warm welcome that ended our stay beautifully! We had a great stay at Phillipe's house. It's very spacious and accommodated our party of seven adults and two children with no problems. Lovely garden, and we enjoyed the nice warm pool and a few games of Carom billiards! Miannay is a nice quiet village, and we recommend the boucherie!

It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

Very welcoming, attentive host, very good welcome. Gaëtan called us when we arrived at the accommodation. Very friendly. Always remains available. Very clean accommodation, smells very good and very spacious. The bedding is superb, the living room with the retro projector is really a plus for a relaxing movie night. The spa is really the highlight of this apartment. Thank you very much. I recommend!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a lovely time. Nicolas, thank you for a beautiful stay and the champagne
