What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. This is the second time we have rented this apartment and it won't be the last! The location is magical, with a sea view. The decor is neat, the cleaning is impeccable and it is so well equipped, nothing is missing! Claudia is a great host, welcoming, helpful and concerned that everything goes well. Everything is perfect for a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed Isabelle’s apartment, it was homely and very cosy. We got detailed instructions from Isabelle which were very helpful and included lots of recommendations for shops and restaurants.

The host was very accommodating with our arrival and is very welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place is beautiful It is very well decorated (even more beautiful than in the photos) and very clean. It has everything you need in terms of amenities. The bedding is amazing. It is very well connected by transport and its position at the foot of a train station makes it even more accessible. Our stay was lovely, I highly recommend this listing and thank the host so much! ☺️

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Gio is a fantastic host. Welcomed us in and shared thoughts about what to do and where to go. He checked on us many times to make sure that the place was okay. Apartment is near so much to do and see in Paris. We would stay here again.

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

Valerie is a very friendly, available and responsive host. Very nice welcome with welcome breakfast. Old upstairs accommodation with elevator, super central, very clean and quiet. Parking available nearby, free parking in the evening and weekends. Great for visiting Douai.

Very nice apartment, ideal for 4, we didn't step on each other's toes. Close to a pretty beach, not far from other towns to visit. Very clear welcome booklet, great responsiveness to messages. I recommend it!

The accommodation offered by Sébastien and Alexandre made the success of our stay in Lille, although we were not able to enjoy the exteriors. The house is beautifully cozy and well laid out, impeccably clean. Everything is thought out to effectively welcome hosts. Everything was more than ready to welcome our baby without us even having to ask. Communication was very transparent beforehand on the stove broken by a previous visitor and effectively substituted by a heater, we were not embarrassed and enjoyed being informed. Sébastien and Alexandre were very accommodating to facilitate our entry as well as our exit from the premises. Very easily accessible by foot from the metro. A wonderful place to work and stay

Laurence was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. The listing is a great fit. Located on a quiet street, it offers easy walking access to essential shops, several restaurants, as well as a pleasant pedestrian layout along the Seine. A real plus: the small garden that allows you to park your vehicle, which is nice since all the parking spaces in the surrounding streets are paid. Be careful, however, when maneuvering if you have a large vehicle: the street is narrow, one-way, with parked cars. But by taking your time, it's still quite feasible, especially since most motorists have been patient! Anyway, I would this listing.

Perfect place for our overnight stay! Fully equipped gym and games room unfortunately we didn't get a chance to take advantage of.

Herve is very welcoming. Easy to communicate with and very responsive. House is fabulous and clean. We only stayed for 1 night but would be happy to stay again
