Si vous recherchez un petit coin isolé à la campagne, très frais avec ses murs en pierres de 80 cm, voici un gîte équipé pour 2, 4, voire 6 personnes dans un petit village tranquille du Limousin. De plain-pied et mitoyen avec notre maison, un jardin clôturé. Du 1er octobre au 1er mai, un forfait de 15 € par nuit est demandé pour la consommation électrique, à régler à votre arrivée. Heures d'arrivée : à partir de 17 h et de départ : avant 10 h. Nous restons toutefois flexibles sur ces horaires.

Millstone Gite 1, two bed apartment + shared pool

A contemporary first floor, barn conversion apartment, consisting of 2 separate Gites beside each other. This apartments is self-contained, consisting of 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, spacious lounge/diner with sofa bed, french TV (TNT) and U.K. Sky TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, condiments and all basic catering needs. There is also a communal roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful countryside with outside seating + shared swimming pool with sun terrace.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Au coeur de notre élevage d’ alpagas venez découvrir ce fascinant camélidé . Les amoureux des animaux pourront câliner les ânes, chèvres, chevaux miniatures et moutons nez noir du valais en toute liberté , alors que les passionnés de pêche pourront s'exercer à la carpe et au brochet sur nos 3 étangs. Une visite privée de la ferme ainsi que le nourrissage des alpagas durant 1h vous sera offerte. Vous pourrez vivre un moment privilégié et inoubliable de zénitude à côté de nos alpagas .

The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with king size beds. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. Modern, light, spacious, fully equipped first floor 1 bedroom master suite overlooking the French countryside. Sleeping up to 2 people plus 1 baby. Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

It has an open plan kitchen diner with lounge area, including three seater reclining sofa and chair, oak dining table with 4 chairs, oak sideboard, satellite TV - French and English , unlimited wi-fi, electric radiator and fire. Everything you need is in the kitchen, tea, coffee, utensils, etc

Vous pourrez participer à la vie de la ferme avec ses récoltes et animaux, balader au bord de la rivière ou plonger dans le lac, boire un café ou une bière en terrasse ou aller au restaurant, le tout à pied ou à vélo !
