The studio is adapted to a couple with a child/teenager but 3 adults can share it also. An infant can be accommodated in the living room. It is a good base for visits: Brussels Center is 40min away by car or train. Waterloo with its restaurants and shops is 3km away. The Memorial 1815 is 5km away.

Private, bright and cozy studio for 2 people

Spend a pleasant stay in this small studio which is 24m2, very simple but comfortable accommodation. The back view is superb , the area is known for its beautiful hikes . Many tourist places nearby, Château de Feluy, Château de Seneffe, Nivelles and its Collegiate Church, the Ronquières inclined plane, not to mention Waterloo... Nothing is far away in Belgium, Ittre is almost in the center! Brussels is about 35 km away, same for Mons, Namur 65 km,... etc.

Saint Germain A 40 m2 gîte, quiet and elegant, ideally located near the center of Waterloo, the train station, and major motorways, 5 minutes from the fields. Simple, well equipped, comfortable, with a pretty terrace which opens onto a wild but welcoming garden. We designed it with care and kindness. And above all with the conviction that welcoming well is above all creating the conditions for happiness so that everyone can build their own. What else?

In a green setting, in the center of Belgium, close to all highways, a part of our 70's house has been converted into a studio with all modern conveniences and comfort to accommodate 2 adults and a baby / child: tv, high speed internet / Netflix, king size bed, washing machine / dryer, WC dressing, walk-in shower, complete kitchenette ... Totally privatized (entrance, parking, garden, terrace), without vis-a-vis your privacy will be respected.

My self-catering place is in a great location. Verdant, quiet and close to the train station(30 min to Centre de Bruxelles, 20 min to Charleroi). A stone's throw from the Waterloo Lion. A few shops including 2 Delhaize are a 5-min walk away. Restaurants within walking distance as well. Parking is easy and free. The area has charming towns such as Nivelles(5 min), Waterloo( 8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!
