In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

During the summer season, you have access to a rowboat (20 €/visit) and a SUP board (free of charge). In the heat, a new air source heat pump keeps the cottage cool.
