Nagatoro has many delicious udon and soba shops. Harvesting chestnuts, grapes, Nagatoro strawberries, and more is also fun. If you're lucky, you'll see an SL train running on the Chichibu Railway, which runs parallel to the national highway! Please consider my guesthouse as your own and enjoy a truly relaxing stay. Daily Yamazaki is a 4-minute walk (open 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM). The supermarket is 6 minutes by car (Okajima: open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) To the east, south, and west, there are mountains, and no private homes. 5-minute drive to Tsuru Country Club and Tsuru Golf Club. There is a municipal hot spring, Basho Tsukimachi-no-Yu, a 7-minute drive away, and there is also a high-quality hot spring in the mountains, which I highly recommend (open 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, closed Mondays). He later studied woodblock printing and developed a deep interest in the production of washi. He also cultivated the raw material for washi paper, paper mulberry. We invite those interested in washi paper and art to stay overnight and enjoy this space, reminiscent of a washi paper museum, including these unfinished areas.
