Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Juan

Es la tercera vez que me quedo. Aunque el lugar a subido bastante la noche de precio siempre es una de mis primeras opciones debido a la ubicación y la comodidad. Lo siento bastante seguro y acogedor. Cabe recalcar que viajo con mis niñas pequeñas y es un lugar apto para familias. Me encantó la habitación que nos tocó esta vez!

This place was more than we expected the bed were comfortable, felt right at home. Only small downside is the warehouse across the street that makes noise at really early hours of the morning loading pallets of merchandise. Recommend brining some earplug if you’re a light sleeper. But over all a great stay and the cafe located at walking distance was a plus!

Robert was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and helpful. He gave tons of advice and recommendations which did not disappoint in the slightest. When I return I will definitely rebook with him.

Great place and location, with a quick drive to San Juan. Everything was nice and clean and it had the amenities that I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful which I appreciated. I felt safe and comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. And just a tip: bring noise cancelling headphones or earplugs if you like quiet because roosters, cats and the adorable coqui can be loud at night in Puerto Rico--it's the norm, so be prepared.

My family needed a place to stay in San Juan for our summer vacation. Troy's place had everything we needed--covered secure parking, washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, and most importantly, a location in the lowest-crime area in the San Juan area. There was plenty of room for the four of us (our kids are 22 and 20, so four adults), and the powerful air conditioning kept us nice and cool despite the sweltering weather.

This place was awesome. Literally, one of the best AirBnBs that I have rented. The place looked just like the photos. It was clean and it felt welcoming. The host was accommodating with early check-in and was very responsive anytime I messaged her. I would highly recommend if you want to have a pleasant stay.

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

I’ve booked this because my flight left at 12:32 AM. This location was very accessible to the airport at any rate this house had everything you need in the home. Unlike some other Airbnb’s I have stayed at. This host was phenomenal and I was very impressed with the space, atmosphere, and cost 💕. The home was updated as well. There were snacks in the house, it was very clean, cleaning supplies, clean linens, lovely backyard, an and more. I was very impressed 🥰

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Overall a very peaceful neighborhood with a nice field area across the street. There was a good amount of stores and restaurants within walking distance. No problems wig out stay while we were there would definitely book again. It was also a good distance away from all of our activities!

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

Victor and Eileen’s place was beautiful, it felt like a relaxing retreat. Communication was great any time I had a question I had a response quick! They were both very nice and sweet, my family and I definitely had a great time here. The neighborhood feels safe and it is a great location not far from everything.

The Airbnb was in a great area, close to a lot of restaurants, the mall, and freeway. Lots of things to do around! The place was cozy and well equipped. Thanks so much for hosting me and family!

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

This condo is very comfortable and perfect for a couples/friends trip! The space is very private with the balcony, and the fenced in pool out back. The 24/7 doorman also made us feel very safe and accommodated!

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Pat’s place was what we needed for a 3 night stay. It was easily located in condado and there are a couple of restaurants at walking distance. The apartment itself boasted a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people!

This place was amazing!! The area was perfect, you can relax on the beach or in the incredible pool or you can take a walk and get some amazing food and drinks right downstairs! The parking was so perfect and right by the elevators! The bed was comfortable. The whole place was clean! The shower was so amazing, clean with hot water!! THE VIEW?! It’s the best view I’ve ever had!! See the whole beach and it’s amazing for pictures! Very comfortable stay! I would definitely stay here again! Just book it!!

Great stay and place for the price! Super responsive and even when I felt like an idiot they were always kind and helpful (note hot water for the shower is closest to the off side). Rooms were perfect for a quick visit and the area was super close to a supermarket which was so helpful to save on money. Great place highly recommend

This 3-bed 2-bath is family friendly apartment in the heart of Condado, just a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and nightlife (yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful). The host, Ray, is extremely responsive. The apartment is well furnished and stocked and comes with parking spot. It's a perfect place to stay in San Juan. One detail we missed while booking is that the apartment does not have a dishwasher. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but it's almost a given these days, so we were surprised to not find it. However, the apartment listing also clearly states what appliances are there - as I said, we missed this detail while booking. Overall, we had a great experience and I would stay again at Ray's place in a heartbeat!

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.
