Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

It was very good and relaxing to wind down my days in PR !!

My stay here was very welcoming very peaceful and quiet felt at home I was there for 20 days and almost didn’t want to leave the bed is so comfy it almost consumes you all together 10/10 location is great it’s close to a lot gas station around the corner bank for the atm right there the beach are 8-10 mins away loved it

chocolocos place was amazing! it was in a really good location, across from a super market! his place was so comfy and cozy! we really enjoyed ourselves! it was such a great time! would love to stay here again in the future! Definitely book. you will not regret it! He went out of his way to treat my boyfriend and I like family! Such great vibes!

We stayed at Sonny's place for 9 days , we felt comfortable and right at home(nice&cozy). We like to cook so we made plenty of homemade meals whether it was breakfast or dinner, they had the basic needs which was great as far as pots and utensils. It was close to freeway so we were able to go in any direction within 2 minutes! Sonny was very responsive, it says 3hrs but never took more than 30min. Next time we go we will definitely look into Sonny's place again!!! Thanks again!! Tanya & Rick

Really nice place, it is really clean and very close to everything.

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Julio is a great host. Was extremely responsive and empathetic. My flight got delayed and he was able to accommodate me by extending my checkout time. Would definitely recommend an book in the future.

Excellent place! Central, quiet and very nice.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what we needed so it worked well for us. We were a group of 9 adults. Julenny was very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. We did not have a car. We preferred to Uber. It was very easy and everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Very convenient location. The solar energy system worked out but we did have to be very considerate when using fans/AC's. The system is not the greatest so you must only use what you need when you need it.

Dominick’s place was wonderful. From the style of home, to amenities provided, even the location was excellent. 10min away from anywhere major we wanted to go, rooms were beautiful and absolutely on point for what we’re looking for with a large group, and as a host Dominick was very responsive, communicative, as well as sent us a list of recs in the area. Would 100% book again

I don't even know where to begin with this review! About a day or two prior to arrival, I received the most detailed message with everything I needed to know, from a video recording of how to enter the premise, to eateries and things to do around the home which helped ease all our travel anxieties. On the day of arrival, we were left in awe with how pristine the home was. The photos don't even do justice! We loved how the hosts accommodated to our children with books, toys and even a stroller! This was so big for us since we opted to leave our stroller behind to minimize the amount of baggage we had. The home provided us with everything we needed and more for our weeklong stay. As frequent visitors to the island, we cannot wait to stay again at the Villa Casona. Thank you so much Noemi and Tony for your amazing hospitality.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Harold’s place was just as described! Loved it. The pool was recently installed just ahead of our trip so we were the first to experience it totally elevated an already Gorgeous space! Only annoying this was one of the neighbors had a dog that barked allll day long and very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, very safe neighborhood and good location! Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay at! Place was clean and looked exactly like what the pictures described. The location was in middle of San juan so everything was within a 15-20 min drive on the activities we did. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy but overall the people were very nice. Very cute family on the corner that’s sells loaded baked potatoes. Street parking was easily accessible didn’t have to park more than a block away from the place. Will definitely book again with her!

The place is impeccable and has all the necessary amenities. I was close to many entertainment and food venues. We loved it!!! 100% recommended. 🤩

The pictures don’t qualify for the place it is more beautiful of what you can see at the pictures. The views the sunrise and sunset are spectacular at the apartment. The location it is amazing you had security 24/7 .. private access to the pool and security also. A lot of restaurant close by including a supermarket 24/7 in case you need anything for the little ones my 3 kids said was the best vacations ever.

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
