So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Located on the best street in Hastings. Quiet, spacious and private. This suite has all the comforts of home including a pool and large garden. It is a two minute walk to beautiful Cornwall park and less than 5 minutes drive to the city centre. The pool has recently been renovated. Please note the pool is unavailable from autumn to spring. Off-street parking is also available. Please do not drive on the lawn as it had an irrigation system that can be damaged.

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.

We had such a lovely time at the property, thank you. Plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - nicely decorated and homely. Fantastic heated swimming pool! The kitchen was really well equipped - the coffee machine was excellent. Also really appreciated the aircon on a hot day. Would love to come and stay again sometime, thank you.

We went there with my families for the easter holidays (4 nights) . The place was very homely. The master bedroom had entrance way to another room so could be good for family with children sleeping together. The outdoor and fireplace was great to sit around. The kitchen and sitting room area was great. The pool is heated but if the weather is cool the pool is cold, not as heated as we would have wanted but was still enjoyable for our family. If you are planning a visit to Havelock North or nearby it is a lovely house for hire .

Truly amazing!! We had such a special time here, overseas family came and it’s such a perfect place to spend together without feeling on top of each other. Wish we could have stayed for a few more days as it’s the best base for exploring.
