The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

We love how well-equipped the room is. Lee and Barry clearly thought of everything, with snacks and cutlery provided. It's perfect for a short stay! Bailey is a bonus if you love dogs. Some points to note: 1. It's a ~20min drive to Osnabruck. We find it best to come with your own transportation. 2. The room is small. If you have big luggage, it'll feel cramped. 3. The shared bathroom (super clean) is 1 floor down in the basement. 4. The room is cosy and clean. As this is a house with a dog, there's dog fur on the bedlinens, which can't really be helped. All these are no problem for us, we'll gladly stay again.

Uta's place is very well maintained and cozy. The communication also worked wonderfully and I felt very safe and comfortable overall!

Michael's and Sonja's CoastalStyle cottage is perfect for a nice holiday! The apartment completely matches the representation of the pictures (to the finest details), is super clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is there. The location is beautifully rural, so you can enjoy the fresh air, with many fields, animals and the Teutoborgerwald in the immediate vicinity. So when it comes to peace and relaxation, this is the place for peace and relaxation. Despite, Osnabrück is very close. Michael and Sonja are the friendly and nice hosts you could ask for and the communication in advance and during our stay was totally easy and uncomplicated. Absolutely great due to your vacation. We had a very good time and would be happy to come back!
