The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Our Family of 5 absolutely loved our 3 night stay here, cannot say enough good things about this town, this host and this lovely space - everything was above and beyond our expectations! The space is larger than it appears in photos and everything inside was top quality. Our 3 kids each loved having their own bed. We enjoyed cooking and eating in as well as sampling the yummy food that the town has to offer. Sarah provides a great selection of movies, novels and picture books of the area as well as the most impressive Welcome Basket - much appreciated after a busy travel day!

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Fantastic communications from Glynis & Joanna . Stylish apartment spotlessly clean, great location a true home from home had everything we needed and more, even put milk & jiuce in fridge which was appreciated after out 7 hour journey.. would use this apartment again while visiting family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

This not not the first time we have stayed here, which is a recommendation in itself. We did have a problem with the television but our hosts did all they could to sort it while we were there, and the remaining issue they will very probably have sorted by the time the next guest arrives. It was not significant enough to affect us in any significant way.

The cottage is really lovely, peaceful and quiet. It is very comfortable and really clean, with good amenities. It is by the church which gives a lovely view, and is very close to the town centre with a good variety of good restaurants. I can especially recommend Meze Grill Turkish Restaurant - booking is recommended, certainly at weekends when we went. All in all, Hermione's cottage is a lovely place to stay, and recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Felixstowe. Ian's home was amazing. It was spotless and comfortable. There were all the appliances you could possibly ask for and we were able to access the Landguard Fort and the port, Felixstowe Ferry and the shops very easily. 2 Parking spaces and the beach a few yards away. Plenty of play activities if you have children. We had a great time and I would highly recommend Ian's lovely home.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

We had another great stay and as always the hosts where there right next door If we needed anything. Would always recommend this property to family and friends and would return if we were in the area.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We loved our stay here. It looks just like the images, and is larger than expected. Beautiful decor, and great attention to detail. There's even a beach blanket and picnic basket to borrow. Basket with eggs, cheese, milk, butter, delicious bread and cake very welcome indeed. If you feel like going further afield to eat, The Ship in Kirby Le Stoken (8 min drive) is great, and very reasonable.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Great communication and the place was just like the photos. Comfy beds/linens. Very handy parking space, that was well organised. Only a short walk up the road to the centre where there was a range of bars & restaurants.

I stayed in Myles’ flat for 7 weeks as a student at the hospital and it was everything I could have asked for! Super easy check-in / check-out, really good comms throughout, really quiet area, no noise disruption despite being on ground floor and felt really safe living there alone. The flat itself was pristine, well-equipped kitchen, good wardrobe/storage space and has a nice cozy vibe - feels very private. Within 5 minute walk of a big tesco, good bus routes - generally really good location. Thank you Myles!!
