House vacation rentals in Hart County

Tracie’s place was absolutely spotless, updated, and so peaceful. We would live here full time if we could! We LOVED the fence in yard for our dogs and the screened in back porch. The hot tub & lake were so fun too. We hope to come back to catch a Clemson football game in the fall.

We had a great stay at Zach’s cabin. It was very clean and perfectly met our needs. We will definitely book Zach’s cabin when we’re in the area again.

The lake house is beautiful. Very private and peaceful. The house looks even better than the photos. Our children loved the pool. We are already planning to return some time this summer. Thanks Ellen for being a great host.

Wow! What an awesome home! Natalie was so accommodating and quick to respond! When we arrived, we were surprised at how much bigger the house was in person! The kitchen and amazing screened in porch is where we spent the majority of our time! The beautiful Lake Jocassee Is only about 40 mins away and definitely worth the drive! Thank you so much Natalie!!! We hope to be back for another friendcation next year!!!

Marie was an incredible host! This was our second time staying at her house and it was just as amazing as we remembered! House was well stocked and great for families with kids of all ages. We look forward to returning again.

We rented the spacer for a wedding rehearsal dinner and bridesmaids stay. It was a beautiful older home that had such a warm feel. The setting was just perfect!

My family and I love the area, the surroundings are so beautiful. the lake and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing and peaceful. thank you. We will come back again.

Had a lovely weekend in Hartwell and Tranquil Hart. The backyard was fantastic and we loved sitting around the huge fire pit! Beds were comfortable and we ended up having pretty much everything we needed, although the kitchen was lacking a couple basic supplies (spatula, cutting board). I would definitely return when I am back in the area because I have family in town. It would be nice to visit in the summer and take a dip in the pool! There was ample space for parking, which was great for us since we had three different couples meeting up, each with our own vehicles.

A fantastic place to sneak away for the week, it felt very comfortable, cozy, and had a relaxed feel to the house. Lake was beautiful and the property was kept up very well. Stephanie was a fantastic and very response host, will definitely take advantage of the property and hospitality again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

I cant say enough good things a bout Teisha and Juan. They have always been a text or a phone call away. I am a fisherman and there place couldn't be in a better location. You are away from everything but close to everything. Close to the boat ramp and close to all amenities the City of Hartwell has to offer. If you are a bass tournament fisherman and your tournament is putting in at Gum Branch Mega Ramp. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend! We loved hanging by the dock. Everything was clean and she was very responsive. Will definitely stay again next time we come :)

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the Hartwell Native and again had a wonderful time!! The house is clean and spacious and Whitney does an amazing job with communication! Thanks again for a great getaway!!

This place was extremely beautiful! The pictures do it no justice. My party of 13 were very comfortable. Everything is exactly as described. Only suggestions would be to make sure you bring a fly swatter (when it’s warmer around the water they get inside like crazy) and make sure you grab plenty of firewood if you enjoy the fireplace. There’s plenty of smart appliances and dishes in the kitchen for sure. I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely lake house. The house is well decorated, nicely furnished and the layout was perfect for our family. We loved the outside space with the three level screen porch & deck, fire pit, and a nice walk to the lake. The dock is very well kept and makes swimming or boating easy. We saw deer every day in the back yard - even a couple times when we were outside. The host was always very friendly, responsive & helpful. We had an absolutely great time here!

Our family absolutely loves Kristins beautiful lake home. Kristin is an exceptional host and responds to messages almost instantly and is very accommodating. This lake home is perfect for a large family looking for a very memorable experience on Lake Hartwell. Deep water fishing is great in this area. We couldn’t be more pleased with our recent family trip.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this lakeside gem. There is space for everyone to spread out and gather together. Our family cooks/bakes and the kitchen is well-equipped. The host was super helpful and responded quickly to questions our group posed. This is the first time a host has ever read my profile, noticed my sensitivity to scents, and mentioned it in communications. Lovely!

The house was amazing. Very spacious and the view of the lake was gorgeous! It was very peaceful and great for a large group. It was the perfect place for our annual family trip! The hosts were super responsive and flexible when we asked to check out later. I would highly recommend! I have already told my girlfriends about this place and hope to plan a girls' trip back here in the future.

Shawn’s place is absolutely wonderful!!! Our extended family of 16 enjoyed a comfortable and fun Memorial Day holiday together on the lake. The space was perfect for us…with all our young people on one side of the house and those of us who like things a little more slow and quiet on the other. We had everything we needed and felt like we were right at home. The decor is adorable, comfortable, and perfect for a lake getaway. The space was large, open, and perfect for lots of together time. The two kitchens and ice maker was clutch…we were able to store 5 days worth of food and drinks for 16 with no issues at all. We spent a lot of time on the back porch and yard, overlooking the beautiful view to the lake. The location is great for tubing, skiing, and swimming off the dock. Don’t hesitate to book with Shawn! She was wonderful to work with, and we definitely hope to return for years to come.

This was one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! The home was spacious and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. The views of the lake were breathtaking. The host was very friendly, informative, and flexible. 1000% recommend!!

The Hartwell Hideaway was an absolute paradise for four nights in April with my family of four. The house is simple and clean yet has everything you need to grill, cook, and just relax or have adventures on the lake. Patrick is a wonderful host - friendly, commmuncative, accommodating. Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. Do not miss the BBQ place ( Fork Grove) five minutes away. It is the BEST brisket we’ve ever had. This house is conveniently located to two grocery stores and made enjoying a Clemson baseball game for a night easy, too. Mostly we didn’t want to leave the dock! This stay was a total reset for our family and we can’t wait to come back someday!
