Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Harrison

Beautiful home -- clean, quiet, and spacious. We enjoyed mornings in the living room with the big windows surrounded by trees, and appreciated having a crib for our toddler rather than a pack n play. Jack was always responsive and helpful, and it's clear he values feedback -- by the time we arrived he had already made adjustments based on the most recent review! Overall we had a good stay and I can see this space being even more amazing with amenities like outdoor furniture. Heads up: the house is only accessible up a flight of stairs and relatively steep driveway, so best for folks comfortable with that.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

A perfect place for our family trip. Nestled in a peaceful beautiful area, close to the pond/lake. The home was so cozy and Monika was so responsive to our messages. Definitely would stay there again

Our host was absolutely the most friendly and helpful person! I was staying in Westbury without a car and he was kind enough to offer occasional rides nearby. The place itself was very nice and cozy. It is a very quiet and private area behind his main house so he was accessible most of the time if needed. If he was out, he communicated immediately with us whenever we had a question. I would overall recommend his place and would stay again.

We were there for work. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed, a full kitchen with so many useful tools, a separate bathroom for each one of us, a great room with a fireplace that heated the house and gave a wonderful ambiance to relax. It is located conveniently close to a major highway. The grounds were so beautiful, I can only imagine what they look like in spring and summer. We kept to ourselves while staying there but she was very welcoming and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Shalom was a great host! We stayed at his house for a month and everything was on point.

It is recommended if you want to stay in the Newburgh area. Personally, we liked the restaurants and shops in Beacon (on the other side of the bridge) the best. This is a 10-minute drive. In Newburgh you can easily do your shopping (recommended is the Market Fresh). You better not visit the Target, it is very expensive and the assortment leaves much to be desired. The beds in the house are very comfortable. We could watch plenty of movies. There was a large gas stove with oven for cooking. The neighbors are quiet. You can hear the train passing by every now and then. A few times a day. You get used to it after a few days. There was a squirrel in the garden every day.

Once again I love it it is so comfortable I feel like I'm at home when I'm there I finally learned how to you the fireplace 😂😭

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice accommodation. It takes a good half hour by bus to get to Port Authority terminal. Very clean, clear instructions for check-in even late. Several buses take you to Manhattan, a 7-minute walk away. Cecia explains how to take them. Bonus: a basketball court right next door for kids to let off steam in the evening when they get home if they have any energy left!

Joe's place was very nice! The lobby has a nice lounge area and pool table/games which is a perk!

The place was just as listed!. Parking garage was great, elevator directly to the room, room was clean, overall very easy process and great communication. Can’t ask for much more! Great stay.

Comfortable, clean, peaceful home located in a young professional community that has local amenities with nearby access (walking distance) to transportation into NYC.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

We had a wonderful Hudson Valley stay at this property. Our grand-daughters loved sleeping together in the bedroom with two double beds; and my wife and I, plus our two daughters and their husbands enjoyed good nights of sleep in the three bedrooms containing a double or queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped; and the huge living room with large dining table was perfect for the children to play, the adults to relax, and all of us to eat. The artwork in the house gave it character, the views of the Hudson River were a treat, and the location was great for visits to Storm King Art Center and Legoland NY. The email which I brought along from AirBnB had the correct street, but the wrong numerical address; however, AirBnB promptly helped us find the correct address and helped us get into the house. Of all the houses which we have rented for family weekends, this was absolute the best one.

Outstanding stay. Property is very well located, equipped, landscaped, maintained, and furnished.

Some exceptional aspects of the home- the beautiful drive from New York to the home, the wonderful physical location, the peaceful and quiet surroundings, the modern architecture, elegant and well-appointed furniture, very comfortable beds and linens, beautiful outdoor spaces, pristine swimming pool, complete chef’s kitchen, excellent internet speed, clean bathrooms with good water pressure, spectacular views and sunsets, and most of all the kindness, warmth, generosity and responsiveness of the hosts.

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay here! There was a snaffoo where the heat wasn’t working properly when we arrived and the host was so responsive to get it fixed ASAP and provided a discount without us even asking. It’s a gorgeous property with a lovely view. We will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful scenic views, very private with all amenities a small group needs for a perfect vacation or friends and family meet. Highly recommend it. EV charger in the garage was a big relief since we came in with two EVs. Easy check in. No difficulty in finding the house. Lisa was a great host. We will come back again.
