Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Harpeth River

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

My stay was superb! Not only because it is a nice, spacious, well equipped and cozy place in a quiet neighborhood close to Vanderbilt, but also because the host, Richard, is simply exceptional-- pleasure to talk to, lots of recommendations, and very helpful. All in all, I recommend the place 100%. Thank you Richard!

Our stay was amazing! We went out to compete in a volleyball tournament, and have a nice place to stay once we were finished and on days off. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful location, and the indoor space was even better than expected! Paula even invited us to come out and have s’mores on Memorial Day Saturday, and her husband was always very kind if we ever crossed paths out and about. Best Air B&B stay we’ve had!

Loved our stay! Very cozy home and the owners have made it very welcoming. Comfortable bed and couch, large bathroom, and lots of little touches like snacks and a Brita filter. Location is great, so close to lots of great restaurants and shops and the neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. And surprisingly quiet at night! We would definitely return in the future.

Julie’s place is fantastic!! It is exactly why I always stay in Airbnbs vs hotels— so unique, cozy, peaceful, beautiful… Beds comfy, shower awesome! Felt private yet so close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Julie was a great host—so kind, helpful and lots of great local tips. Highly recommend!!! One of my favorites Airbnbs ever!!! The super deck and chickens were fun extras too!!

My Son and I could not have picked a better place to stay while we were visiting Belmont.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Great place to stay. The apartment was super clean and nice. The location was great. You could walk to places and were only like a mile and a half from honey tonk row. Parking was a little difficult to find at first but no issues after we found it. Definitely recommend.

Awesome home, relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I came all the way from the Big Island of Hawaii and this was my first time in Tennessee. The location was perfect for the event at the Factory. We stayed two days and we where very happy. Thank you Audrey for the great restaurants suggestions. If we are every in Tennessee or have any one who is going there we will be sure to recommend your place. Mahalo nui loa, Malia

Danielle was such a great host! We felt like we were meeting an old family friend for a week long getaway. Excellent location and beautiful carriage house, well appointed. Very peaceful and safe surrounding neighborhood. Danielle was always responsive and lovely and full of great local recommendations for food/coffee, etc. Will return!

Andrew was a great host. The place was very clean and spotless. He answered very quickly when messaging. We took a weekend trip down and this was a great place for the stay. You also can’t beat the price. Thank you, Andrew!

Absolutely adored staying here! Very cute space with everything you need. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, and location was perfect — easy to get to and not to far from anywhere we wanted to go. Also loved the fenced in backyard for our pups! 10/10 would stay here again next time we’re in Nashville.

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

James had a great place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting. Very private, quiet, and clean. Very short drive to everything you’d need when in Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s place. Jimmy was very nice and easy to communicate with. The location is fantastic and close to the “happenings “. The AirBnb was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The overall experience was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend. 

Scarlett’s condo was the perfect place to stay while enjoying the shops and restaurants on 12 South. The condo is spacious and beautiful, and parking is right behind the building. Thank you for sharing your condo with us - we would love to stay again if ever in the area in the future!
