Vacation rentals with a home theater in Harpeth River

What a great place and great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Great apartment, 3rd floor outside and inside lounges were great places to wind down. Would highly recommend staying with Lee.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I’d give it a 8 plus stars if I could . The location was perfect walking distance to the happenings places yet just far enough to not be noisy. Great downtown views from living room and deck . Apartment was decorated with the Nashville vibe .. yet not tacky. Plenty of photo opportunities in the house with attention to details. We had an amazing time with friends , went out most nights but one evening we just stayed in for a chill night with amazing views . Thank you Remi and Savanna , we created some amazing memories in your beautiful home. If we return to Nashville again..Will book it again in a heartbeat 💗

Remi & Savanna’s place was exactly what we needed! Great location to walk both to Broadway and The Gulch. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The pool and gym were really nice and parking attached the building was a huge plus! We would 100% stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Such a great place for a girls trip! Great location - felt safe but close enough for a quick uber downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here!

What an absolutely amazing place. Our family of 8 adults and 2 children had an incredible time together in this home. Everything, from the kitchen to the baths, from the beds to the living space were great. Attention to detail and absolutely clean home. Our host Jennifer was amazing as well. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. When storms were approaching, she reached out to let us know details about where flashlights would be in case of power outage. We had an overall wonderful time.

We had the best time. The Airbnb is so cute and so well thought out. The perfect place to stay for my bachelorette trip!

Absolutely beautiful home.. Well laid out furnishings.. The biggest bedroom and closet for a Master, I have ever stayed in . Let's not leave out the bathroom built for a King and Queen. Well worth the cost for the home...

We really enjoy the stay felt right at home i recommend it we will def be goin back soon and hopefully able to rent the same location we stayed in.

Andrew was a great host, he was very friendly and helpful! The check in process was super easy and he was very clear about everything. The house was amazing and the views of the skyline at night are very pretty. He had also asked me what I was looking for in the area, and swiftly provided me some great local recommendations. I definitely plan to stay again one day, and would recommend Andrew’s listing to anyone in the area.

Would recommend this place for anyone with a large group. The place is perfect for a nice quiet weekend getaway. Not too far from Nashville and there are food shops in the area. The place is clean and homey. The host is responsive and friendly.

This place was beyond gorgeous and perfect. The house felt woodsy/cabin-y with a modern twist. It was very big, absolutely no clutter and had everything you need. The second bedroom being downstairs, gave us privacy from our teenage kids when we needed it. The woods are literally a few steps away from the house, so we woke up, had our morning coffee and breakfast to the beautiful sound and view of nature. There are hiking trails a minute’s drive from the house and a grocery that pretty much covers all of your needs is 8 minutes away. (It felt so much less as the drive was scenic). Downtown Nashville was 25 minutes away so you get the best of both worlds, the beautiful mountains/nature and city life a short drive away. It was extremely easy to get in, we had no need to ask for additional instructions or guidance. I confirmed with Mary that we were there and when we left, she responded almost immediately and was very sweet in our brief encounters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
