Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Wonderful accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Beautiful forests with rich animal and bird life. Pheasants, jays, eagles to name a few. Deer, roe deer (even white) roam around us. Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest town. The sea is also close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is only 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog, which serves Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday, 7 minutes from here.

Bright, nice apartment with its own entrance. Scenically located but only a few km from road 13 and E 22. Apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove with bunk bed and fully tiled bathroom. On the property, there are dogs, cats, horses and chickens. Guests are welcome to enjoy the majority of the garden, with access to, among other things, outdoor furniture and barbecue, and there is plenty of room for children to play both outside and inside.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Your own spot by the lake. Exclusive location and nice house. 2025 now open for booking. Comfortable accomodation for 5-6 persons. Private property right by the water. Fine boat w Honda 15 hp included in rent. A paradise within an hour of most of the province of Skåne. Before booking please read everything and look at all the pictures. No dogs. Full week rentals Sat-Sat only. Please read our reviews. Final cleaning not included, but can be added.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
