In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The house is a semi-detached house. Both sides separate for rent or together. The two parts are completely separate, only the terrace in front of it is built in, but it is separated by plants. Both house at the upstairs have bedrooms(2-2 room) and bathroom. At the Ground floor living room dining room with kitchen and a restroom. The kitchens are well equipped. Towels, bed linen avaiable. on the terrace have garden furniture. The bed in the living rooms can be opened on both sides.

When entering the house from the large terrace, you will find yourself in the kitchen-dining room-living room area. Downstairs there is also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is another little bathroom, a storage room and two bedrooms. Parking is available in the garden, or in front of the property.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
