Here you live quietly and peacefully, about 10 minutes from Björnrike and about 15 minutes from Vemdalen village. Cross-country skiing and snowmobiling a stone's throw from the property. Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/grill and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gas station 2 minutes by car from the cottage.

Fridge and freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave and beautiful porcelain in the kitchen cabinets. Toilet/shower. Bring your own toilet paper and slippers for cold feet. Our "gammal stugan" is located in a secluded location with the main house on a peninsula connected to the town of Ytterhogdal/Härjedalen/Jämtland. On 180 square meters there is a large living room with gallery, a kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. The meadow in front of the house opens onto its own jetty with sauna, canoes and sail/row and motorboat. Hiking, canoeing and adventure tours, safaris and fishing can be arranged. Lots of space and tranquility all around...

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with docks around. Single location in rural setting. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

The cottage is located on the southern shore of the Ängersjön on a peninsula on the edge of the rustic village. The large property is bordered by the child-friendly beach and a jetty as well as numerous hiking trails in the surrounding forests. A rowboat is available free of charge at the house and other rental boats of the local fishing association can be rented on five lakes. Ice fishing, snowmobile or dog sled tours are just a few of the possible activities in winter.
