I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. Simply the best! The place is impeccably clean, safe, secure, and wonderfully peaceful—what more could you ask for? If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!

Laila was a great host and very responsive. She was able to accommodate us on short notice. It is an artistically designed rental. Good value for this price point. Pros: overall clean, location, space, appearance, parking, and more Cons: shower hot water is limited and sporadic.

Wonderful place to stay – highly recommended! We (family of four with two teenagers) felt very comfortable in Zineb's apartment from the first moment. The place was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need – you can tell that Zineb and her mother put a lot of emphasis on details. We particularly liked the quiet location, at the same time everything was easily accessible. Zineb and her mother were great hosts: friendly, accommodating and always responsive when we had questions. Our kids were also thrilled – which is not always easy! We would come back any time – thank you for this wonderful time!

The host was super helpful… and very very considerate to our needs. The apartment was very clean and functioned well. The Wifi was very fast, the complex is safe and the underground parking excellent. The pool was clean and well maintained… an army of cleaners visit daily. If you are staying in the area…this is an ideal place for a few days.

My stay in this apartment was fantastic. It is beautiful and very well equipped, with modern decor, and a multitude of details that make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Its location is very good, close to the tram, the sea and the monumental area (about 15 minutes walk). The area is surrounded by cafes, bakeries, shops, a supermarket, restaurants, banks, etc. Regarding the host, Nouaman is a very friendly and helpful person, always willing to help. He responds to messages quickly, and in our case, he helped us with the currency change and the printing of shipping letters. In short, an apartment that I recommend 100% and will return to soon.

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. This was a wonderful stay! The check-in instructions were excellent—very easy and clear. The host kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the bedding—sheets, blankets, and pillows—were clean and of high quality. The bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and body wash. Towels were also provided and were of excellent quality. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for someone who wants to feel at home while away from home. Everything we needed was there, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the details to make guests feel comfortable. On top of all that, the host’s communication and hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

The space was clean and tidy, with pool access available all day. In addition, the location of the residence is ideal, close to the Great Mosque of Bouznika and supermarkets such as BIM, located right next door.
