Apartment 1 private balcony with sun, lots of green and perfect view of the red tiled roofs of the pastoral neighborhood as well as a cozy covered terrace (patio) with seating areas and privacy. This special place is located in the center of Jerusalem close to all the entertainment centers and restaurants, a 4 minute walk from Mahane Yehuda market, close to the Old City and the city center and more so that it will be easy for you to plan your visit. On our floor there are 3 apartments for rent and each apartment has a private sun balcony as well as a large shared covered balcony with seating and relaxation areas. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator (40 stairs)

Used as our residence and therefore not always available mid week, suitable for a couple up to 3 children, there is a cute and friendly cat who often lives outside and does not need to be taken care of. Well equipped with underfloor heating, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven, micro, pampering and huge hot tub that is perfect for cold weather, which can be heated and cool according to the weather, a barista coffee machine, a 55'TV with a subscription to Disney and Netflix, games and toys for children and more and more. * There is easy access to a nearby safe room if needed

Its a beautiful and comfortable one bedroom one bathroom apartment. In addition there is a pull out sofa. The beds are huge and very comfortable.
