The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

The apartment has a ski-in/ski-out location to, among other things, the Sadelexpressen chairlift that takes you out into the entire Åre ski system. Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities.
