Cozy place in most beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood! 2 blocks from sea & park. Bathroom newly renovated (2024). Scenic 15 min walk to center and tram/ bus/ citybike. Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building. Islands, cozy restaurants, design district, boutiques nearby. No elevator. Fast internet. Grocery store 2 min. Happy to help!

Recently renovated historical apartment in the oldest building society in Helsinki. High ceilings, full of character and light located in the trendiest area of Helsinki. Nicest cafes, bars and boutiques just around the corner. Fully furnished with all the amenities. Bathroom is not the biggest. Brand new kitchen with dishwasher, washing/dryer, oven, fridge/freezer and induction stove. Comfy sofa, big TV and big kitchen and dining table guarantee that you are going to love this place.
