Great, simple place to spend a night at on the way further North. Kirsi was very responsive to messages and the self check-in via the key lockbox was a straightforward process even though we arrived after midnight.

Nice place to stay in Kemi, close to the (frozen) Baltic Sea and with a stunning view (6th floor). The flat has everything you need, even one hour per week private sauna in the basement.

Amazing Stay in Finnish Lapland The Airbnb is in a wonderfully remote location, perfect for a private and peaceful experience. Activities like snowmobiling with Pekka (the host) and a husky tour with David (Matara Creek Oy) were unforgettable and felt intimate, far from crowded tourist spots. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights. Since the area is so remote, all you need to do is cross the road, and you’re surrounded by darkness: perfect for aurora viewing. There’s even a bird tower nearby that offers an excellent spot to watch the lights. Truly unforgettable! The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras like spices, towels, and even cold-weather gear. Pekka and Satu were fantastic hosts—respectful of our privacy but happy to help when needed. Don’t miss the sauna or the campfire experience after a snowmobile tour! Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic Lapland getaway.

Umut has been super kind to us. He was responsive and helped us when in need. His place was clean and cozy, exactly what we needed. Really recommended.

Rauhallinen ja siisti asunto, vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Majoittajalta sai erittäin hyvät ohjeet ennen majoittumista. Avainlaatikon ansiosta kirjautuminen joustavaa. Höyrysuihku oli bonusta. Kiitos vielä kerran mukavasta majoituksesta!

We had a wonderful stay at Jatta's place. Place is quite centerally located and its easy to reach most places by walk (Bus&Train station 7-8 mins, snow experience 10-12mins, k-market 2-3 mins). Place had some books for kids mostly in Finnish and some crayons and pens to write for kids. House was quite warm even when temperature was -20c. Jatta was quite flexible and helpful. I recommend this place and will visit it again future.

The host gave us a very warm welcome with a bottle of Gloggi and and a big box of chocolates 😊. Excellent service, the accomodation was extremely cozy. We were a big family and we fitted very well because the house had enough rooms and beds for all of us. The kitchen had all we would have wanted to use. We also had kids, the host had some sliding equipments that were at our disposal to use. Our kids enjoyed playing around the big yard full of snow 😁. The host was available 24/7 incase we needed anything and always checking on us if everything was ok. I highly recommend this accomodation 100% even for small families or individuals. I was personally super impressed by the host’s courtesy. Great job 💪

Vilken fröjd att få bo hos Pirjo och Tapio!💖 Bästa Airbnb värdar ever! Så vänliga, hjälpsamma ,generösa och roliga! Boendet ligger nära järnvägsstationen och gångavstånd till Haparanda centrum. Rummet är beläget en trappa upp i huset o har en liten toalett intill rummet. Man har tillgång till kök och det kändes alltid familjärt och enkelt att vistas i Pirjos o Tapios hem! Tack för en fin vistelse,kommer mer än gärna igen!🌷

Siisti, hyväkuntoinen ja viihtyisä asunto. Erillinen pihapiiri oli yllättävä bonus, jonne myös asunnon ikkunat olivat. Kadulta tuleva melu ei siis kuulunut millään lailla sisälle.

The appartment was in a quiet area and had everything we needed. Anton was an excellent host, very kind and responsive and our kids were nicely surprised by the welcome cookies.
