The beach is a 15-minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.

Take a 2 minute drive to Hideaway bay to enjoy the public beach and high end restaurant, fantastic atmosphere! Or drive 5 minutes to Sunset Bay for a more lively beach. I was there with my son for his Fredonia audition. The check-in and parking instructions were detailed and clear, and when we arrived the apartment was toasty warm in spite of the 12 degree weather. The apartment is beautiful, and clearly decorated with attention to detail. There is a warm, cozy feel while managing to remain uncluttered. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and comforters for those of us who like to create a 'nest'. Water was nice and hot and we appreciated the shower amenities. The kitchen is well stocked for tea lovers with an amazing selection of teas. Coffee drinkers are not forgotten; there is a keurig with choices that also include hot chocolate. We really enjoyed our stay and regretted having to leave early an not enjoy a leisurely morning in this lovely space. Thank you!

This was our second visit. My friends and I had a great time. Rob called us to make sure all was good!! We are planning a stay hopefully for September 2025. Beach was beautiful… house was nice and comfortable for the four of us. Loved having a bedroom for each of us!! Rob, thank you for sharing your home.
