Vacation rentals with a patio in Hanover County

We had a wonderful stay here—perfect location and lovely apartment. A great choice for those with small kids: our 3-year-old appreciated the bathtub and the backyard (and lack of stairs).

Trey’s place was perfect for our short stay. Close to the places we spent time. Trey and Emily were friendly and responsive. Look forward to staying again next time we are in Richmond.

Michelins was awesome and her place was just as good. Really enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend her place to anyone!

It all comes down the moment you walk through the door! We parked in the back of the house off the alley, a bit tricky to figure out at first, entered the door code and entered a fabulous space. The kitchen was bright, cheerful and clean. The air conditioning was cranked on, thankfully as it was a hot humid day. The big question was which of the 2 bedrooms? We chose the bedroom near the living space, figuring the front bedroom on Main Street could be noisy…though the neighborhood ended up being quiet. Alyssa and Donnie seemed to think of all our potential needs. The wi-fi was easy to connect to our devices, the kitchen was well organized, the bathroom was stocked with soaps, plenty of towels (wash, hand, bath and makeup) even the pantry had a few staples. Overall, I would rate the experience as EXCELLENT, from the first moment to the last. We will definitely stay here again on the next visit to Richmond.

Farah's place is just as described: quiet, beautiful, spacious, with some games for family fun. Farah encouraged me to share their driveway for parking, which made coming and going so easy - especially when I was returning late! Farah was immediately responsive to questions. It was a comfortable, easy stay, and I would strongly recommend this great place!

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

The home is beautiful, as is the entire neighborhood. The kitchen, bathrooms and linens were clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing mentioned by the group, was that they would’ve liked more games or cards. It’s really a minor matter compared to the overall experience, which was fantastic. Thank you, Ben for allowing us to stay in your home.

Josh’s home was perfect for a girl’s weekend for 4 long-time friends.. His home was clean, comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance of Carytown and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and communication with Josh was excellent. I would highly recommend his home!

This is a great home base for exploring Richmond! Lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance and everything else is a short drive. The home was clean, quiet, and charming. The beds were very comfortable!

This is a beautiful old house! Definitely be mindful of the location when you’re booking, it’s a great location if you’re looking to go out and walk around, but the music from the bars was quite loud until very late at night. It wasn’t really an issue for us, but if you’re looking for a quieter scene, it’s something to be aware of! Very cute house, a little quirky! We had a wonderful stay

Wow! What a wonderful place to spend a few days!! The Resort certainly lives up to its name. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every detail that was meticulously prepared for us. The host was more than helpful and accommodating for our group of 5 which included two teenagers and my mom who benefited from the accessible floorplan. The weather was perfect for the pool too. Thank YOU and we cannot wait to return the next time we are visiting family in Richmond.

Stayed at the Duck Blind for the weekend, the house was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Ryan was a great host! The house was as described, clean, and had everything we needed. He even had snacks ready for the kids! The backyard was perfect for a dog to explore. We felt safe in the neighborhood and close to restaurants.

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

Comfortable place in a great location. Rooftop deck has great views of the neighborhood and sunset. Place was comfortable and clean, with character, fitting for an old city building, like old tile fireplaces and gas lamps, heart pine floors. Loved it!

I loved the home , I booked same day they were quick to get me and my family in ! Very spacious , clean the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe they have a backyard with a fire pit we didn’t use it but it was super cute . I loved the balcony it was so nice and comfy to just sit and watch everyone walk their dogs . Would definitely stay here again felt very safe and at home not to mention so close to ALOT of things

Great spot! We were there for the 2nd Best Comedy Festival, hosted by the nearby Coalition Theater. This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more accessible to the Downtown Arts District and all the shows. Our hosts were super responsive and we'd be happy to stay here again!

We stayed here for a night and it was the perfect stop on our roadtrip. The space was comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is beautiful and walking distance to great restaurants. We will be staying here again!

The condo is renovated and very clean! It’s good location if you are looking to be downtown. It has parking which is a plus!
