Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of indoor and outdoor room for fun! The property is on 12 acres with 3/4 mile of water front and has a water slide, kayaks, SUPs, beach area, fire pit, volleyball court, and lots of porches. The 8800 SF home has a well equipped kitchen to accommodate a large group, and is child friendly with baby gates, pack n plays, booster seats & high chairs. Because of Louisa County regulations, we cannot host weddings, receptions, etc.

Screened Deck & Dock: Waterfront Lake Anna Home!

Great host and perfect place for our family getaway. The home was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the perfect complement to the gorgeous lake view. The hosts went above and beyond to provide everything needed both in the house, outside the house, and at the dock, We enjoyed the kayaks to explore and fish the lake, making s'mores over the fire pit they already had setup for us to light, cooking in the very well stocked kitchen, and just sitting in the screened porch enjoying the view. The hosts went to great lengths to make sure everything needed was there and easy to find. Highly recommend staying here. Perfect 10+!

Freedom Cove

Beautiful home, the deck was perfect for fishing and enjoying the day! Beds were super comfortable. Clean and well taken care of! The grills were nice to cook on also! Will definitely stay again!

We had a large amount of adult guests visiting for one day and had the extra guests approved ahead of time and had no issues. We only had 11 adult guests staying overnight and that worked well. The games and outdoor activities were such a hit, though there was disappointment with the quality of the air hockey table. The views, outdoor facilities, and main level hosting spaces were PHENOMENAL and even better than advertised. The bedrooms (aside from the primary) were smaller than we expected, but when booking, the bedrooms weren’t a priority for us so not a big deal for us/our adult guests. The spaces on the main level were all super clean, well stocked, no issues. I heard from our guests stay in the lower level that they didn’t feel as clean, the shared bath was cramped due to door swings, and there was visible damage from prior guests. Highly recommend renting a boat for a day (though you can’t get it to the house). Overall, we give this a very high rating for our first Lake Anna stay

It was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time here! There was some dirt and acorns in between the couch cushions when we took out the couch bed but otherwise the house was spotless and the host is very responsive and kind!
