Vacation rentals with a home theater in Hanoi

I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

Phòng rất xinh, decor theo tone hồng vỏ đỗ rất nịnh mắt. Mọi thứ được sắp xếp gọn gàng và dọn dẹp cẩn thận trước khi giao phòng. Vị trí cũng rất dễ tìm, bạn host và bảo vệ khu này trả lời nhanh và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình nên phần check-in không có gì khó khăn. Ngay gần là trung tâm thương mại nên lựa chọn đồ ăn cũng phong phú. Nhìn chung với giá thuê thì không có gì để chê. Highly recommend cho mọi người nhaaa!

I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

I had the most wonderful 4-day stay at this Airbnb—it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and deeply welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with high-quality amenities that made the stay incredibly comfortable. Every corner reflected care and attention to detail, from the linens and kitchenware to the toiletries and decor. Communication with the host was seamless throughout. They were responsive, kind, and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and any small query was addressed almost instantly with genuine warmth and efficiency. What stood out most was how everything—from the layout to the furnishings—was designed with comfort and ease in mind. It felt less like a rental and more like a calm, elegant home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

Super hôte, très réactif. L’appartement est fidèle aux descriptions, assez spacieux, propre. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le quartier, les commodités et le voisinage (des gens géniaux). Vous avez tout à proximité. Le Condo est très propre et entretenu. Nous sommes un peu loin du centre-ville d’Hanoï

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht over de stad Hanoi vanaf 24 hoog. Het appartementencomplex is voorzien van een gym, spa, zwembad en twee restaurants. Wij kunnen het alleen maar aanbevelen

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

Great option for getaway from Hanoi - fresh air, huge territory, a lot of activities. Hoai is a great host, everything went smooth and comfortable.

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
