The apartment was renovated in 2022 and the balcony was renovated in 2025. The apartment has a living room with an alcove, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom/toilet. There are four beds.

There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

Three bedrooms upstairs, with 7 sleeping places + extra beds possible, so room for even a bigger band :-)
