Lovely property on the outskirts of Rotorua. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

Place was a stunner. Beautifully appointed and quality appliances. Spa was amazing, the welcome gifts were next level. Reychelle was the most accomodating and friendly host I have encountered. Would highly recommend. Thanks Reychelle 🩵

The house was a great place to stay while we explored Rotorua. It was convenient to many of the tourist attractions we were seeing and the home was a peaceful place to come back to at the end of a busy day.

We booked this house for our guests at our wedding. The house was so great and well worth the money. It was very big and easy to find plenty of parking and we will definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Peaceful location with amazing lake views. Very clean and tidy, and the fully equipped modern kitchen made us feel right at home. The welcome treats were a lovely touch. Loved the kayaks, firepit, and the well stocked games cupboard. Would definitely stay again.

An exceptional place to stay and the hosts have put so much time and effort into lots of details around the property. Couldn't recommend it more - it was an absolute stand out in our trip around Aotearoa New Zealand!

This is the top accommodation I’ve experienced in Rotorua. Both the interior and exterior are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The actual place looks even better than the photos. You can enjoy a private hot spring with peaceful scenery, and there‘s a lakefront and playground just a 3-minute walk away, making it the perfect accommodation where parents and children can all enjoy together.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It was nice to stay in a quiet part of town and still be able to walk or drive to the more lively areas. We would stay here again!

Susie's loft is spacious and comfortable, and only 5 mins walk away from the lake. Smooth check in and out. Would love to stay again!

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

Great place to rest our heads overnight. Appreciated how clean the unit was! Very nice. Great view of the canal. Very peaceful. Would gladly recommend again.

amazing place, so peaceful went down to lake , just 1min away and the kids got to hear the alarm for the firestation go off and watch the car race down to station was so exciting for them , unfortunately it was a drill I think so they didn't get to see the fire truck . such a togetherness vibe

We had a great stay at Joan’s place! It was so nice coming back to the spacious lounge room after a long day and relaxing on the big, comfy couches whilst watching the TV. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would definitely stay at Joan’s again if we were to return to Rotorua.

Staying at Lucy's was like being in a dream. The perfect, idyllic, lakeside Kiwi-bach, this place matches all descriptions and photos. This place has everything - from a cozy fireplace, to kayaks to explore the lake and a modern bathroom, our family absolutely enjoyed staying here. There was a lot to do and keep yourself entertained with, we didn't struggle with having no wifi. The location is great, only 30 minutes to Rotorua and a lot of places to sightsee on the way there. The only downside of this place is that since it's close to the road there is some traffic noise, especially when big trucks go by. It wasn't an issue for us when staying there since we're city dwellers and accompanied to traffic noise, but if you're a light sleeper definitely bring ear plugs.

Our family had a great week at Rob’s cottage in Rotorua. The location is perfect no matter what your plans are with great lake views. The cottage itself has everything you need and the welcome pack of local produce for staying a week was really appreciated and enjoyed. Rob clearly takes pride in the place, evident through the communications leading up to check in and the personal greeting and walk through of the cottage. We would absolutely stay again. This is the second time we have stayed at the lake house in Lake Tarawera, We couldn't recommend it enough! Such an awesome spot if you have a boat or jetskis , If not they have kayaks you are welcome to use. Playground is about a 3-5 minute walk for the kids, Tennis Court is right at your door step. All the neighbors are very friendly and make you feel right at home. If your thinking about booking don't think about it just book it you will have an amazing time!

Lovely place close to the lake and a quick drive to Rotorua. The patio was super fun to hang out and we loved the outdoor shower. We liked staying here!

Fantastic place! The location is super convenient, grocery store and good playground just up the road. Main town just a bit beyond that in the opposite direction. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and having off street parking was convenient. Thank you Vicki we had a wonderful stay
