Timber Frame Tiny House

Our second time staying at the tiny house was just as magical as the first. Beautiful location, adorable house, everything we needed was there. Deanna was great with helping us book our stay! While this might be rustic for some it is super comfortable for us. It's remote but its easy to find & close to a main road, has running hot and cold water, nice little kitchen, wood stove, BEAUTIFUL deck, and a real bathroom (no outhouse or composting toilet here!) It's a beautiful quiet retreat and I want to stay there every time we visit the Ithaca area.
A serene pond reflects the bright sun, surrounded by lush greenery and distant hills. The water's surface is calm, with hints of trees mirrored in the reflections. Sunlight creates a warm glow, enhancing the natural beauty of the landscape against a clear blue sky.

Luxury camping in a beautiful cabin (April - Nov).

CynthiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is a neato cabin... Glamping at its finest! It's back in the woods on a dirt road which is a truely "back woods" experience. This place is definitely for those types who don't mind walking and playing in the dirt and mud as it can be rather soggy and mushy after rain. I really enjoyed the Sunrise, the Porch, Firepit and paddleboat! The shower and outhouse are VERY rustic so be prepared for that. The Loft bed requires climbing up a narrow ladder which requires some agility and balance. I came to Ithaca to hike the Waterfalls so this place is very convenient. The owner is very knowledgeable regarding the hiking areas. Overall the reflective nature of the Pond Cabin experience was super great fun and extremely worthwhile.
A modern bathroom features a glass shower enclosed by a curved door, with wall shelves holding toiletries. A circular mirror is mounted above a compact vanity with drawers. Light-colored tile flooring complements the clean, minimalist design.

Activated Earth Yurt

DominicRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay was absolutely fantastic, we were talking about when we'd go back on the car ride home. The yurt itself is very clean, cozy, and peaceful. We loved falling asleep listening to the sounds of nature around us. The property is about 25 minutes from Ithaca, and is close to plenty of hiking trails. We couldn't find the campfire grill grate that was mentioned in the listing so we had to improvise cooking over the fire, but it turned out just fine. We absolutely loved the tour of the homestead. Carolyn was very kind and quick to respond. I can not recommend the yurt enough!

Great place to stay whether it be long term or short-term. The host was super nice and proactive and making sure I was always aware of what was going on and would go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to be close to Ithica proper while also enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside.

Bedroom with Single bed in historical home

HyunRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Staying at Peggy’s place was an absolute delight. Peggy is one of the kindest, most fun, and genuinely friendly hosts I’ve ever met. Her home is stunning—every detail of the interior is beautifully curated and flawless. Both the bedroom and bathroom exceeded my expectations: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. And Bella, the sweet dog, was such a joyful part of the stay—she truly added warmth and happiness to the whole experience. I loved this place so much that I’d love to return every year. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you absolutely won’t regret it.
