We came to Sheridan to visit our daughter for Christmas. David’s property was perfect for that. It was a warm and convenient home base and the perfect size for the two of us. The neighborhood was peaceful and the apartment clean and comfortable, containing everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a temporary home for your visit to Sheridan or Westfield, David’s apartment is a diamond in the rough.

Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Easily the nicest and cleanest place we have EVER stayed at. It was the first time the pictures of the home actually matched the condition. This was such a perfect place for our family. We came for a baseball tournament but this house had something for everyone. Clean, beautiful yard, pond and farm animals! We would definitely stay again!

Cristina and Ricardo’s place was exactly what we were looking for and their place was beautiful! Only down side is we were only there for one night. We would recommend their place to anyone!

We stayed 3 nights and the house was nicely appointed, clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. This home was decorated well to match each room. Well thought out. This house had snacks and clear instructions in the home. Bruce answered all my questions and this home was close to the soccer field which was helpful. Overall, if we will be back in this area for soccer this will be the first place I will look to book. This home is close to everything and I felt safe.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

We booked this home on short notice (less than two hours prior to our arrival) and Jonathan was an excellent host. The home was clean and ready for us, plenty of space, very safe area with great walkability to shopping and restaurants, and only took an easy 20 min drive to all of our downtown activities. Plenty of linen, cooking equipment, and loved having a garage and large yard!

Our family was in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for us. Not only was Kristine’s home beautiful and cosy, she was kind and accommodating! Very responsive and flexible. She allowed us to check in earlier, check out later, and provided us with travel beds for the babies. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we’d highly recommend!

This was our second stay and it was even better than the first. This time it felt like coming home. Beautiful home with a great fenced in back yard for our dogs. We even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we got there. When we had some questions, response time was less than 10 min. It was great. We will go back next year!

He provided helpful recommendations and his check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough, which is always appreciated. He is a super friendly and responsive host. Came down for FDIC, the location was perfect and the host was great.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Chris’s place was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. Tons of space and well kept. Very responsive host. Good peaceful area. Could hear the people upstairs walking a bit but was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again !

Great place and location for downtown Indianapolis. We were in town for a conference at the convention center and only had a short 5 minute walk each day. Great restaurants in walking distance as well.
