It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)
