The house's focal point and heart room are the large bright kitchen-living room and living room with an amazing amount of light. The entire summerhouse reflects a simple and bright design that offers relaxation in the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has 3 good rooms, all with a double bed. In the garden there is a wooden terrace on both sides, so the sun can be enjoyed at all times of the day. Close to the summerhouse is the Lagunen, where there is a fishing lake, mini golf and much more. The cottage is near a super nice kid-friendly beach.

Lovely cottage located in a quiet area, and overlooking meadow, with very rich wildlife. 80 m2 terrace, with several dining areas and sun loungers. The living room is bright and nice, with lots of windows. The house also has a new kitchen with almost all the equipment. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer and refrigerator. However, there is NO freezer. Living room with large dining table and 6 chairs. Trip Trap high chair 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, and a baby/weekend bed.

The house is originally from 1895, totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Summer house in Hals near beach and town.

We have now been renovating the interior of our beautiful cottage. The house is about 1200 meters to the beach, within walking distance. Approximately 500 meters to the Lagoon where there is a market in the summer. At the lagoon, there is also a tavern and restaurant. The house is about 3 km from Hals town and 2 km from Hou town. You can take the bus from Aalborg/Nr. Sundby, which stops about 500 meters from the house.
