The cabin is reached via a path of about 1 km with 150 meters of elevation gain. The path is steep and takes 15–30 minutes. Light luggage is recommended. Best suited for 2 people, but has sleeping accommodations for 4. The cabin has electricity, piped water from a nearby stream and a toilet. There is no shower. Velkommen til Tungeteingen Villglamp! Et par minutters gange, over bakkane og den fine broen over elva fra vertenes hus, dukker det opp et magisk sted inne i skogen. Der kan du senke skuldrene, nyte suset fra elven og logge av fra kjas og mas. Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.

Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.
