Vacation rentals with a kayak in Halkidiki

Maria is very friendly & she wanted to make sure we are having a good time in her House. We arrived in the middle of the night but she stayed awake to personally welcome us. The house itself is in a very special location with a picturesque 7min walk to an amazing beach (no need to look for a parking lot). It is a very quiet area and a car is necessary to get to the supermarket & to the restaurants. The house is rather vintage in style and equipment but still very cozy. Unfortunately we were there in the middle of a heatwave and at that time the house didn’t have an air conditioning. As far as I understood AC is available now and will help a lot to get a good sleep on a hot summer night. We will come back.

Schönes kleines Haus im älteren griechischen Stil. Die Strandnähe ist unübertroffen, nur einen Schritt vom Gartentor entfernt. Schöner Strand mit eigenem Sonnenschirm und Liegen und man kann sehr gut ins Meer gehen. Im eigenen Garten hat man auch die Möglichkeit zu grillen. Wir hatten sehr schöne Abende auf der Terrasse, das Meer war immer im Blick. :) Der Vermieter Angelos war sehr nett und freundlich und hat uns alles Notwendige gezeigt. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke Angelos, dass wir Gäste in deinen Haus sein durften.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

Das Reihenendhaus liegt in einer ruhigen, relaxten, familiären und sicheren Wohnanlage. Es gibt 2 Terrassen, einen Balkon und nen kleinen Garten, 2 Markisen (nicht einfahrbar) und an allen Fenstern Insektenschutz und Schiebeläden. Zum Sandstrand mit Duschen sind es 100m, Lebensmittelgeschäft 100m, Restaurants ca.900m Fussweg. Auto ist von Vorteil, um auch andere Strände und Orte besuchen zu können. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Direkt vor das Haus kann NICHT gefahren werden (der Aufteilung der Wohnanlage geschuldet). WLAN vorhanden (manchmal langsam). Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im OG, die ist aber völlig ausreichend. Alle in der Beschreibung stehenden Sachen waren vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar. Bitte die Hinweise zu Wasser/Abwasser beachten. Preis/Leistung von Gastgeberseite (netto! 😉) für die Hauptsaison ist ok. Wir würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank und weiter so !

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Sailor Home verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend, und die Ruhe vor Ort hat für perfekte Erholung gesorgt. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern Natur und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is clean and beautiful and it has everything you might possibly need. Our host welcomed us with everything prepared, even cold water, ice in the fridge and coffee. The area is great: from the organised beach at Maki bar to the small, wild beach next to it, which we loved. Our kids had the most wonderful time with Lola (this is how they named the caiac 🙂) The place is somehow isolated from crowdy areas, but, at the same time, it is 15-30 minutes far from a lot of wonderful places to visit and enjoy: pitoresque Metagikitsi and Agios Nikolaos villages, the port Ormos Panagias where we had the best food ever,Palm3 waterpark for the kids, Ammoulliani island where we went by ferryboat, Nikiti for shopping and fun. So, if you are an explorer, it is a perfect area, as Sithonia offers the most beautiful and diverse beaches. We thank Ageliki for everything and hope to get there again as soon as possible.

We felt very comfortable at Maria's place. The house was spotlessly clean, and the outdoor area was very well-maintained—a small green oasis nestled among the other houses. In just 2-3 minutes, you could walk to the beach by simply taking the small path down from the house. In the morning, you can even enjoy your coffee on the terrace with a sea view, and in the afternoons, we read in the hammock under the shade of the pine trees. Thank you, Maria—we will definitely be back!

Die Meeresbucht, in der das Haus von Noam steht, ist sicher einer der schönsten Orte auf ganz Kassandra. In dieser Zeit im Herbst bist Du fast für dich alleine zum Schwimmen und mit dem Sup unterwegs zu sein. Einzigartig ! Das Haus mit seinen 2 Schlafzimmer und den 2 Bädern ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Was fast nicht zum übertreffen ist die Terrasse so direkt am Meer, wo die verschiedensten Stimmungen vom Morgen bis am Abend genossen werden können. Ein Mietauto oder Töff ist sicher von Vorteil um auch andere Orte auf Kassandra oder Sithonia besuchen zu können.

George and Elina are nice and exceptional hosts, who were always in touch, always helpful, met us personally, and organized check-in pro-actively that would fit both of us! Other than that, the maisonette was clean and right next to the beach + located very strategically on Sithonia, close to other beaches, shops, and roads towards other "fingers" of Halkidiki. Parking space was available, too. George and Elina also organised a cot and railings (on the stairs) for our 3 year old son. The appsrtment had everything you might need for a great stay! Unfortunately, we have been there for only almost two weeks and couldn't explore everything Halkidiki had to offer :) if you are traveling with a family and friends - book and you won't regret!

Abbiamo passato una vacanza bellissima nella casa di Sakis. La casa è bellissima , grande con ampio giardino per i bambini. Si trova a 40-50 metri dal mare bellissimo di Vourvoros . La casa oltre ad essere molto capiente e fresca era in ottima posizione . Non c erano api o mosche come in altri posti grazie alle piante da lui coltivate che li scacciavano. Sakis è una persona bellissima che mi ha fatto molto piacere conoscere e spero di rivedere. Non riesco a trovare niente di negativo nella mia esperienza in casa di Sakis. Casa bellissima ,giardino bellissimo, host gentile ,disponibile e molto simpatico, mare bellissimo e calmo e molto pulito a 2 passi. Complimenti a Sakis per tutto il suo impegno, e grazie moltissime. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. From the warm, proactive communication with the hosts to the spotless, cozy home and the stunning beach just steps away - everything exceeded our expectations. Antonis, Dina, and Dimitris were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for our little one. The private beach access at the end of the garden was a dream. It made our holiday so easy and relaxing, allowing us to come and go as we liked without any hassle. This was our first holiday as a family, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for having us. We’re already planning our return!
