I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

Schöne, helle und große Wohnung mit individuellem Einrichtungsstil in ruhiger Wohngegend. Besonders schön ist das Wohnzimmer mit dem Panoramafenster: hier haben wir gerne unseren Kaffee getrunken und den Ausblick genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Heurige und der Ortskern mit Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch die S-Bahnstation nach Wien ist nicht weit und für Wanderungen ist man mit dem Auto schnell im Grünen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit gerne zurückkommen!

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean. The contact with Michael was very easy and quick. We enjoyed our time there. One minor thing was that the wifi connection didn't cover the bedroom, but that wasn't big deal. All in all everything was great and I would look for the apartment again if I decided to be in Vienna again :)

Lovely apartment with balcony

Wa had a very good stay at Carina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described. Carina welcomed us in person even though we had been delayed due to train issues. The place is welcoming, clean and has everything needed. The situation is ideal : next to the subway station U6, direct to Meidling station where many trains stop, next to several tramway stops for the city center. You can reach most of the interesting sites in 15 to 30 min depending where you are going. Supermarkets are close by. Note that the apartment is next to a big street. The sound insulation is very good but you can still hear noise at night and also when the neighbour is watching TV. Not a problem for us but if you have light sleep, to take into account. We highly recommend the place.

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Alles tipptopp, gute U-Bahn und Tram-Anbindung, mit der man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstart ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und auch ein paar Restaurants. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Internetverbindung, die immer wieder mal sehr schwach war.

I had a wonderful stay in Ana's apartment. The accommodation was perfectly equipped and matched the description in every way. The neighborhood was pleasant with a little park just in front of the building. All the tourist attractions were easily accessible by public transportation. I would definitely stay here again!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei LOu, immer wieder gern. Ich habe dort 8 Nächte verbracht und bin mehr als zu Frieden dort gewesen zu sein. Supermärkte waren in der Nähe (Penny, Bipa, Billa und Lidl) , öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren fast direkt vor der Tür. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, kein unnötiger Lärm oder sonst etwas. Der Aufenthalt war eine 10/10!!

The place of Jacob is very nice and cosy, and super clean. It has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host was very responsive and quick to respond. Check in instructions were very clear, so finding the place and check in was easy. The place is well served by transport means, but at the same time it is peaceful and quiet.

Super felice del mio soggiorno qui, alloggio super pulito e ordinato. Ben collegato sia con i mezzi che a piedi si poteva facilmente raggiungere diversi punti di interesse. Katalin ha prontamente risposto ogni volta che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Quando torneremo a Vienna torneremo sicuramente qui da Katalin!

We had an amazing stay here with a group of four (2 adults, 2 children under 10). The apartment itself was lovely. It's the host's home, so it felt like a real home, not a soulless hotel room. There were beautiful plants, personal touches (like Christmas decorations, movie posters), and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was amazing - easy to get to from the airport and a short trip on Vienna's world class transit to anywhere you want to go. The Westbahnhof was a quick walk (5-10 minutes), which meant easy access to multiple U-Bahn routes. Even more convenient was the Bim (tram or streetcar) 2 minutes around the corner on Urban-Loritz Platz. From here we could catch a short ride to anywhere, including central Vienna & Schloss Schönbrunn. There are multiple grocery stores nearby. There was an elevator up to the unit, so easy access for anyone with mobility challenges. Andi was easy to contact, quick to answer, and gave us good advice. Would 100% stay here again if available!

Everything was fine. The host responds quickly to messages and is helpful. The area is quiet, clean and safe. Great connection to the city train and other means of transport (you could even walk to various attractions). The apartment is large - great for larger groups. Clean, everything was available (tasty coffee! ;)) I recommend!

Everything was fine. Nice apartment and clean. There was no air-conditioning or air fans in the apartment The car was not easy and not in the same building. The owner was not flexible. I asked for a 30 minute or one hour extension because one of my sons was not feeling well, Here refused any extension. This was a little surprising for me because all the Airbnb that I stayed in the owners would offer at least one hour of extension, and I’m sure this would not have hurt the owner. I advised the owner to be a little bit more flexible and put few air fans in the apartment.

Wir haben uns direkt in Wolfs wunderschönes Häuschen verliebt und wären am liebsten gleich eingezogen. Ein naturverbundener Ort um sich von der schnellen Welt zu erholen und sich wieder frei zu fühlen. 🫶🏼 Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und super ausgestattet. Es gibt einen tollen alten Ofen den man anfeuern kann (neben dem automatischen Ofen). Im traumhaften Garten gibt es viel zu entdecken - am liebsten haben wir uns auf den Holzstegen gesonnt, die Molche im Teich beobachtet und dem Vogelgezwitscher gelauscht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

L'appartamento è veramente facile da raggiungere, fermata mezzi pubblici praticamente sotto casa, checkin veramente facile, spazi estremamente puliti ed ordinati, offrono l'indispensabile per un soggiorno tranquillo(non sempre è scontato trovare un'alloggio silenzioso)e confortevole. Lilly veramente disponibile e super reattiva nelle risposte.....quando torneremo a Vienna(perché torneremo....troppo bella!) sicuramente tenteremo di riprenotare questo alloggio. Stra-Super-Consigliato!!

About 35 minutes from Park and Ride Leopoldau in Vienna. Big, clean and cozy home. Surround sound in the living room, HUGE television (bigger than the pics). Board games and chess table. Amazing Sauna. In April the pool is not open, currently the wooden bench with the green plants around it in the backyard is gone. The cute red and white poolseats are gone as well... So, the backyard has less things than given in the pictures. BUT, inside you got more things than advertised: airfryer in kitchen, radio embedded in the ceiling in some rooms, 2 homemade jam, the lights in many bedrooms and other rooms are dimmable! Good for people who are sensitive to lights or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The colorful windows in the bar are powered by light as well, giving a cozy and cool effect! Parking is easy. Bakery nearby. Host lives across this home, so if there are problems you'll get it fixed quickly! I had problems with the heating downstairs, but kind host Erik came to fix it quickly!
