Beautifully located in the Modenbacher Valley, our horse farm is in a secluded location. Surrounded by pastures, ponds and the Palatinate Forest, there is a lot to experience here. We would be happy to welcome you to our modern furnished small one-room apartment. From here, you can start in nature immediately.

This spacious apartment is centrally located in the center of St. Martin. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed 140 x 200 for 2 people. In the separate bedroom there is a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. So this apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet. In our shared garden you can relax on the lounger in good weather

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Edenkoben directly on the Weinstraße. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.
