I really liked my stay there. The laundry service was so helpful. The staff and owners were very kind to me. I really valued their help with any question and friendliness. The room was comfortable and spacious. I like the location as it's walking distance to lots of places to eat and get coffee. Thanks for making me feel so welcome!

Nice place and very helpful host ! They was helping me with the ride both way from Hanoi to ha long with increadible smooth travel. I was walking around a bit and found many nice coffee shop near by. The room was clean and organize with exactly like in images. I have my good stay here!

Phuong is a great host, very nice and helpful. We had and issue and she responded immediately, I really appreciated that. The apartment is nice, fully equipped if someone wants to stay long term. Beautiful view.

The host is super friendly, enthusiastic to answer questions. The house is very cozy and lovely, with a balcony with sea view and Citadines hotel, with tables and chairs on the balcony sitting quite chill. If you have a chance to go to Ha Long, I will definitely come back.

The apartment is on the 21st floor with a view of Halong Bay. The view was amazing both day and night. It's also 2 minutes from Cho Dem market, so it was easy to pick up food in the morning or evening. It's a 2 bedroom apartment and we're a couple, so we had plenty of space, and with a well-equipped kitchen this felt like home. It's also not too far from Bai Chay beach and the beach on the other side of the lake (not sure what it's called). To top it off, when we were here, this west side of Halong was pretty deserted - even better. Bach is very nice, responsive, and was super helpful checking us in early. We stayed for 6 nights and would have stayed longer if we didn't already book the next place on our trip.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful views of Haiphong from our 11th floor. The accommodation is very well equipped, sound isolated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Communication with our host was easy and enjoyable. Only small downside: difficult to enjoy the large terrace due to pollution and noise from a nearby construction site.

We had a nice stay in the cozy apartment. You have a great view of Halong Bay and all the necessary facilities (mini-market, restaurants, ATM) in the immediate vicinity. It is also very easy to get a taxi in the area (via GRAB). When we had to shorten our stay due to changing plans, it was no problem, which we were very grateful for!

Nice place. But use of pool is chargeable.

I'm more than happy with the place. The host responded to everything very quickly and the service was very nice and helpful they tried to put everything to satisfaction as quickly as possible. I recommend price performance, this is a very good and relaxed accommodation.

Great location for foreign visitors and well worth the price . Linh was easy to reach and to help with any issues we had upon arrival and during our stay. I would stay there again.

Very nice place with good location. Plenty of free parking space if you come by car and taxis available if you don’t. Minh’s great host. Very helpful and attentive. The fact that he lives nearby helps a lot.

Excellent place to stay! It's on Wen Gao Road! Easy to get everywhere, the supermarket is just downstairs! Great!

Lovely apartment and Van was a great host. Some strong winds blew over plant pots and things on the balcony and the next day they were cleared and tidied up. A very attentive host and a lovely view of Halong bay with a great restaurant downstairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this modern and spotless apartment. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the location made it the perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with luggage after check-out. It was a truly memorable experience, and I’ll definitely come back in the future!

Host went above and beyond to sort out WiFi issues - they took us in and invited us for a drink and food and are very hospitable would recommend - thanks for a great experience

It was our first time in vietnam, and we loved staying with Ly. The location is the best you can ask for with very less crowd. Would defined recommend to others!
