In a few minutes you can reach the shopping center, bakery, butcher, etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

Art workshop, sauna, swimming pool (20 degrees), courtyard, garden with fireplace can also be used.

If necessary, a children's travel bed is available.
