We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge. I – Janine, a trained hotel manager – am particularly interested in bringing people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Direct proximity to Limburg/Diez, beautiful cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity: e.g. Lahnhöhenweg, Jakobsweg, Lahnradweg, Lahnwanderweg, Küppelweg, ... Mother Meera, Schaumburg, Limburg old town and cathedral, Diez Castle, swimming in the Birlenbach outdoor pool and in Lake Baggersee Diez, canoeing on the Lahn and much more.

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Here you can feel comfortable on vacation! Our 90-square-meter apartment in a modern style accommodates up to 2 people (+ 1 person also on the couch) and offers you a unique atmosphere. The south terrace, which can be reached directly through the living room, offers sun from morning to late evening and an unobstructed view of the countryside. Directly adjacent is the small stream "Palmbach," so you wake up with a water noise in your ear and can enjoy the coffee in the sun.

Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

Asian apartment

This special place captivates with its Asian charm. The interior and unique decoration is inspired by the fascinating country of Myanmar. Here is a touch of "Zen" in the air. Whether king-size bamboo bed with original Japanese futon mattress, cozy sofa bed or Thai seat cushion, there are many feel-good places in this 46 sqm apartment. And if that's not enough, treat yourself to a rain shower in your own Asian bathroom.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Comfortably furnished ** apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony) on the 1st floor on the outskirts of Niederburg, 50 meters from the forest. Access is from the car park through the garden via an external staircase. On sunny days, the small balcony and garden invites you to linger outdoors or for a leisurely barbecue.
