Beautiful little duplex renovated with taste and natural materials. 16th century framing. South facing terrace overlooking the cathedral. Historic area. Numerous restaurants, bars, services, museums, cultural venues and nearby businesses. And even a gym a few minutes away! Quiet room on the courtyard side and under the roof. Be careful the stairs are a little steep. Great for a couple or work on the go . The second bed is a futon mattress (sofa style during the day).
