Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

"This Must Be The Place!"

One night stays now available May 24 The studio apartment is ideal for short term accommodation or if requiring lodgings for work related visits to Launceston. Cosy, warm and bright. My studio is professionally cleaned and the linen is commercially laundered. Very private with your own entrance, tranquil sunny garden with outdoor sitting area, Smart Tv, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine ... everything you need. Bread, milk and condiments provided for your breakfast.
