In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Our lovingly furnished country house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of a field, near our over 150-year-old Gulf farmhouse – ideal for couples or friends seeking peace and coziness. After a walk along the dike or the beach, you can end the evening in the cozy apartment or on the beautiful terrace overlooking the fields. The vast landscape and the fresh North Sea air make the stay feel extra special.

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with views of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the back of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Bauernhaus direkt an der Nordsee -Hunde willkommen

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.

Quiet vacation rental with dog, Netflix, garden

Pets are very welcome with me. Netflix Basic is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel good. The Kiessee in the health resort of Berumbur (600 meters away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, solidly fenced garden area just for you, where even escape artists can romp freely.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
