The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The home contains 3 rooms each with a double bed, 1 children's room with a junior bed and 1 crib as well as a changing table. There is a sauna in the bathroom on the 1st floor. The house is located on the water side with only 300 meters to a very child-friendly beach. The beds are made and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.

Small cozy summerhouse . Is undergoing renovation . New floors, new kitchen and bathroom. New annex with double bed. Quiet area 5 min Walking from the beach. 15 min. Walking from the city. Unfortunately, we DO NOT rent to groups of young people. We recommend you are not more than 4 adults in the house for everyone to have a good experience. There is a bedroom with a double bed.
