Wow! Perfect place for our family of four. The house was cozy and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nice size and finish. The property its self was so beautiful with such an idyllic backyard leading down to the fun and cozy boathouse where we hung out playing cards and enjoying the beautiful summer evening. The beach area was fun to explore. Quiet area, free from the traffic and crowds of Lofoten, beautiful mountains around and a few beaches up and down the road. Wish we had stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back and relax here again!

superb brand new house on the edge of the fjord, quality decor and good taste, large bay windows with an extraordinary view, everything very clean, easy communication, 2 large double bedrooms and a large living room upstairs, open and nice living space on the ground floor, I recommend it

I had a great stay at this house in Melbu. The place was spacious and matched exactly what was shown in the listing. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and communication with Sandra, was smooth and easy. The area around the house offers incredible views and great spots for hiking, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area.

Very homey accommodation where you immediately feel at home. Everything worked very well, quiet and beautiful surroundings with beautiful nature. Comfortable beds and cozy factor deluxe with fireplace that you can fire in. Can be highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay of 5 nights in this lovely house. Breathtaking views all around. We enjoyed the footballs, the puzzles and the board games. The house is located in a very calm area but we enjoyed that we could board on a ferry to visit Stokmarkes and that on foot we could see a nice lake and find some groceries. Communication was very fluid and reactive.

The accommodation is fantastic, well suited as a starting point for excursions on foot or by car. Jorid and her husband are very nice hosts, very helpful and Jorid surprised us with her homemade - very delicious - pastries. This place can really be recommended. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer than 1 week.

We had a wonderful stay here! It's in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by nature. The space was cozy, clean, and Monica and Knut were friendly and quick to respond to any questions!

The cabin was incredible. The photo represented it very well. We had all the amenities we needed and had access to the boat - which was a huge bonus. We felt like we were at a friend’s home. Warm and cozy. The views were breathtaking and the surroundings were so peaceful. We highly recommend this place and would visit again. Vegard is very responsive and helpful. A perfect escape to nature from the hustle and bustle of life.

Great place, spotless clean and everything is brand new ! Some disadvantages are that place is really small(bedrooms has no cabinets as there is no space for them) and kitchen is also limited. You can see it from the pictures, though. The upper floor has no door as well. So there are 2 separate bedrooms only. All the rest is great, communication is fast and helpful, view and locations are amazing, hot tub was used every day! Amazing =)

What a lovely and cozy place this hut is! It is modest, like it should be on a hut, and you still have all the comfort you need. We stayed there with our to boys (3 and 1,5 years old) and it worked very well. Thanks a lot! We'll come back. : )

Great location, old style house (don't expect a modern house) but very cozy. Equipped with everything, it has direct access to the grass and stone beach. Spectacular view in a very quiet area, very comfortable for many excursions. Beautiful stay.

Fantastic great cabin. Very nice location and that view. Very clean and well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we had a lot of wind, then it was great to be able to sit in the great garden room. Tonje and Terje responded quickly to questions, are incredibly helpful, also the tip about the hiking area. We brought two 17 year olds and two 13 year olds. It was low under the ceiling in the loft but our boys thought it was great to be there. A plus was that there was poor internet, so the boys had to come up with other things: play in the garden, trampoline, go fishing, paddle with sub. We had an amazing long weekend here, would highly recommend.
