This spacious and peaceful 2nd floor apartment has all the essentials to feel at home. In the immediate vicinity you will find a playground with a basketball court and a health road with a 10 min path to the beach. The nearest shop, with a bakery, is a couple of minutes away and open as early as 8 in the morning. The house has a secure gated parking lot and courtyard to store a wagon or bike. Come spend the night after some of the Haapsalu summer events or stop before the ferry trip or spend a longer vacation in a nice summer resort town!

Apartment 1 with yard and perfect location

This more than 100 years old townhouse is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town where it is sometimes too noisy. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. House interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

A simple, almost ascetic, but properly equipped studio apartment for one or two peaceful and undemanding people in the center of Haapsalu: 26 m2 on 3rd floor. 2 separate sofa-beds (bed linen sets are in the cupboard). Green streetview at summertime, smart-TV, WiFi, kitchenette, fridge, plates, cups and wine glasses, toilet with small shower-cabin. The sink is in the kitchenette. Everything is near, not more than 1,5 km. Located a little away from the noise epicenter during events.

Accommodation close to downtown

Enjoy the ease of living in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just 10-15 min walk away you will find a number of shops, nice cafes and restaurants and the main attractions. Important: Our apartment building is currently undergoing repairs to the stairwells (summer 2025). The renovation can make it a little difficult to navigate the stairwell, but getting in and out of the apartment is guaranteed.

Spacious Room in Haapsalu

I am a Filipino expat who just relocated in Haapsalu. I got 2 Bedrooms and a large living room where it is possible to sleep as well. Pets are welcome. 65 inch TV in the living room w/ sound bar and 43inch TV inside one bedroom. Both are Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube Premium. Also I have a PS5 with 3 Games Please allow us to show Filipino brand of hospitality. Thank you!

Modest Staycation

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is not meant to be a party venue. There is a kitchen with everything you need (oven,stove,refrigerator,kettle,coffee machine), bathroom (shower and washer), living room with two sofas ( 2 and 1 digit; there is also an outdoor bed). The apartment has a balcony with a cozy seating area.
